I worked with this company many years ago and they were great. Apparently they are under new ownership. We were ready to go for a new roof and they had the job in the bag - They sent Carlos out to give us a quote. He seemed very competent. I asked for three quotes: basic, insulated, and roof straps. After a week i received nothing. I called and eventually received only the basic quote from Carlos. I replied to the email and nothing. I called back two weeks later and the very nice secretary said Calos would call. No call. I called again a couple of weeks after that. The same

If you are looking to have your roof replaced in Miami, Hilson Roofing is the right company for the job. Their crews are professional and do great work. We are very pleased. Chose Hilson after several other estimates; their price is definitely in line with others, but most importantly, they did a very thorough and high quality job. No mess left in our yard.
This was all during the Covid-19 pandemic. Janina, working from home, helped us with all of our questions every step of the way.

I hired this company to repair all of my leaking gutters. They have sent 3 different crews a total of 5 times to fix one that is still leaking. Each time they assured me it was repaired. It is STILL leaking and now the owner tells me that it is a roofing problem not covered under my contract. I was hoping to find a company I could trust for when I need a total roof replacement in the near future. I did not.

They have good prices and do excellent work!!

They are an excellent company! I had a few other roofers come by to give me an estimate prior to them but I wasn't satisfied until I have been referred to Bob Hilson Roofers and I searched no more! Great customer service, great work! And ..they speak English! Hard to find in Miami...
