Services
Since 2004 our in-home care agency has been providing non-medical care to individuals and families throughout southern Minnesota. Our goal is simple, to help you remain independent within your own home by providing basic yet helpful day-to-day services and socialization. At Aging Services for Communities (ASC) we operate as a private, non-profit agency licensed by the state of Minnesota, and are also fully insured and bonded.
There are many reasons to choose Aging Services for Communities as your in-home care provider, but we feel the primary reason is our people. Without dedicated and concerned caregivers even the most recognized in-home healthcare provider wouldn't survive. At ASC our friendly employees take great pride in what they do; they fully enjoy helping seniors and disabled individuals in any way possible.
At ASC we offer a number of services to assist care recipients - children through seniors - and their caregivers. As an in-home care agency, we offer affordable, personalized, non-medical services to help you or your loved ones remain in their own homes for as long as possible. While asking for help can be difficult for both caregivers and potential care-receivers, it can be extremely rewarding.
At Aging Services for Communities our Transportation Services are provided to individuals living independently who are unable to drive and are in need of transport to and from medical appointments. Our transportation program is available to all residents of Le Sueur County who are on Medical Assistance or over age 55.
At Aging Services for Communities our Homemaker Services (home management) are available to individuals who are physically capable of overseeing their physical and personal care but who need some help from time to time. We've found that occasional assistance with light housework and other small tasks allow more seniors to remain living independently.
