I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS LITTLE BOUTIQUE MOTEL, RIGHT ON THE WATER AND PEACEFUL. PET FRIENDLY, CLEAN, NO FRILLS JUST A GREAT COMFORTABLE, FEELS LIKE HOME PLACE TO STAY. KIM AND BILL ARE WONDERFUL AND WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE YOUR STAY FANTASTIC. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN....

We visit there every year and always enjoy our stay. Iet the new owners this year and are very pleasant people and look forward to seeing them again. The manager and staff were very helpful and outgoing. I definitely recommend a stay.

On the harbour, great view, rooms recently remodeled, awesome new owners. Very pleased.already booked 2022!

Great place to stay!! Clean rooms, very friendly staff and a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan with very sandy beach. It's right on the water so we could here the sound of the waves all day and night. Very peaceful and relaxing here! Definitely will be coming back here!! I highly recommend this place!

Kim and Bill were so very friendly !!!! Kim went above and beyond to help me with all of the phone numbers I needed to get flights and car reservations, we will be staying with them again for sure.

Great motel that exceeded expectations. I'll be honest, I stayed here not because they were the cheapest but because they were pet friendly.

Beautiful room, with the door fifteen feet from Lake Michigan! Left the windows open at night to enjoy the lake breeze and sound of the waves. Old-fashioned room, but very clean and the staff was very friendly. The owner even left some extra beers for guests to help themsleves to! Great experience, we will be back.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Quaint little place with the absolute best location on the island, just steps away from the gorgeous beachfront, restaurants, and shops. We stayed in the 2nd story main room which I would highly recommend. Downstairs rooms were reasonable as well, but the upstairs is much more spacious with full kitchen, dining room, balcony, and 2 separate bedrooms. Rates seemed quite reasonable and all staff we encountered were also quite friendly and accommodating. If you're booking a trip to Beaver Island, this is absolutely the place to stay.
