Great service even tho they were really busy. If you go after 6 or 7pm please expect to wait awhile. Other places have closed by this time, and alot of customers find there way to the only shop thats open. Trust me they will fix your problem but you have to give them time when busy. These guys work really hard for reasonable price. Thank you Hernandez tire for working on my car when other places and closed thier doors.

I give 5 stars...This hardworking business gets the job job done. Each I time I have to take in my truck, there on it. they could care less about my daily priorities, but they don't act like it. They get me in and out despite the full workload they have. I love that Hernandez shop guarantees their work. I have had 3 issues with my aging truck and each time I have been fully impressed with there quality of workmanship, and customer service.

I arrived at 5PM for a quick alignment which was quoted at $65 cash. There was no one in sight. No one in the office. All the guys were huddled up and no one was paying any attention to all the customers, there were 4 waiting. After 10 minutes of waiting I left to go somewhere else where I can receive better service. I can't recommend them.
