Jim was fantastic! We used him for inspection of a home we were purchasing. The house was large and complicated, and Jim charged a reasonable price and took his time to carefully check each and every system in the house. He prepared a highly detailed report that not only pointed out issues but was also very educational for me as a future homeowner in terms of what systems are in the house. On top of all of that, Jim was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions as he was going through the inspection. I would highly recommend him!

Jim did a fantastic job - he is thorough, friendly, and worth every penny. My partner and I hired him for an inspection on what we thought was our dream home. We knew going into it there was a few issues but Jim’s inspection report saved us from investing in a home that was not suitable to live in and would have cost us thousands of dollars. Jim was recommended to us by our family; he has beautifully renovated my in-laws house for years. Jim scrupulously took care in our inspection and found every minor imperfection imaginable.
