Erik was able to schedule a last minute inspection for a newly-purchased property. Erik was recommended by us from family friends and I couldn't have been more pleased. He walked us through the outside and inside and let us know what was a concern and also some recommendations. This is the second time that I have worked with Erik. I have to say without hesitation he is absolutely the best inspector I've worked with yet, and I have worked with others a few times with other homes I've purchased. Let's start off with the fact that he shows up early and ready to go. I showed up to the inspection and he was already in motion working and getting the some of the details sorted out. Erik and his company are the epitome of professionalism and thoroughness. I arrived for my home inspection 30 minutes early and to my surprise, Erik was already standing outside with his tools ready to go.
He got right to work and checked every aspect of the home without skipping any steps or taking any shortcuts. Not once did he leave anything unexplained to me. I was able to take notes easily with the information he was providing me.
I advised him I'd need the report sooner than later and he was understanding of that and told me he would expedite getting the results back to me.

Erik was absolutely amazing during our home inspection and it did not take long for us to see how incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and the pride he takes in his work. He was thorough in explaining every bit of detail regarding every aspect of our home. Erik was great from start to finish. He was recommended by our realtor. He immediately responded to our inquiry and worked with us on an appointment.
