I had the pleasure of working with Lea Morgan Finegan throughout most of my divorce. After having a difficult experience with my first lawyer, I switched to Lea, who took a very human approach to my case and took into consideration her experience as not just a lawyer, but also as a mom and divorcee, when offering counsel. If you like wasting money, and being ignored, this is the law firm for you. Leigh Sellers in particular is harder to get on the telephone than the President. Her responses to emails are even worse.
They will make you feel all warm and fuzzy during the initial consultation, however afterwards, the client becomes an afterthought. They only time the focus returns to the client is when it is time to replenish the Trust account and pay the fee.

Leigh takes a personal interest in her clients and knows how to get the best possible outcome in any of her cases. I came to Leigh during one of the darkest times in my life, I had a very difficult and trying divorce/custody case. I too, was also a very difficult client at times. Lea is a wealth of knowledge! If your child is planning to go to college or is in college, you need to meet with her! A health care power of attorney (“HCPOA”), a HIPPA release form, a simple will, and a living will are the forms that you should consider obtaining depending on one’s circumstances. These document can be particularly helpful if your child is overseas and may not be able to handle their affairs easily from afar. Meet with Lea. She will guide you through the process and help you determine which forms you might need!
