MN Party Bus

Recently rented thru this company for a wedding . The driver was late to the wedding . Could not get ahold of the owner and I’m now blocked . We were told it was an actually party but not a normal shuttle bus . One of the worst experiences renting

The Limo bus A had claimed to seat 28 to 30 but my party of 24 was very crowded. There were no cup holders or handrails to even stand. While I felt the bus could use some work to maintain the title "party bus", the company was very responsive and easy to work with. Bob the owner was very polite and wanted to make our experience the best he could. The driver of the bus was also very friendly and punctual. She was very flexible with our changing plans and I appreciated her putting up with our group.

I rent MN Party Bus every year for a night on the town with my boys!
The buses are classy, clean & the drivers are great! I always feel safe when booking with them & working with the front office is an ease. Mariah in the office has wonderful recommendations to make it a fun night with your crew! Can't wait for my next trip!

We hired MN Party Bus for transportation on our wedding day. The owners were easy to get ahold of and promptly responded to all of my calls. Our driver, Tim, was excellent! He was very flexible with the craziness of our day. It was pouring rain, and Tim did his best to get us as close to shelter to get on and off the bus without getting drenched. I would gladly hire this company again for group transportation.

This was hands down the worst experience we have ever encountered. I do not recommend this bus service to anyone. We were screwed over multiple times by this company. At first we had asked for a 35 person bus and they wrote us down for the wrong one. We then got it rearranged so we got the 35 person bus but had to pay 200 more which was fine. Brought our total to $1000. When we got to the bus they told us that we needed to pay a $200 tip which we were not informed about. We then got on the bus and the bus was no where close to being a 35 person bus. There were multiple people that had to stand

Had a small group of 15 for concert then dinner. Minnesota Party Bus was great. We had a good time and I never worried for one minute. Thank You Bob!

Just wanted to say thanks to Bob and the drivers for making our experience really awesome. You made us feel safe and had our group back safe and sound. I recommend MNPartyBus for any event.

After reading all the reviews I tried these guys and had a good experience. They did everything they said they would and were very professional and on time. We tipped the driver a little extra for helping us get a reservation at a restaurant we hadn't been before. It was a good time. Give them a chance they worked well for our group.

Horrible experience. The driver was not very professional and creeped out much of the bachelorette party. The back of the bus ceiling was leaking and in poor condition. The bus driver refused to bring the bus downtown Minneapolis, which was originally where they wanted to go. He said this was because there were MNDoT cars patrolling in that area. Efforts were made to discuss the issues with the owner but lack of communication on the owner's part prevented this (literally months between calls). Overall, bad experience and I would not recommend.

Would not recommend to ANYONE!!! Bob seemed very nice, but would rarely call me back especially in a timely manner. When I first called Bob and booked my bus with him I was told that for one hour in between our 9-2 time frame he would be picking up prom kids and dropping them off. So he was only charging us $125 for 4 hours. He assured me that we could bring everything on the bus and that it would all be put away and kept safe for that hour and vise versa for the prom kids. Just rented a party bus this weekend. We were very disappointed in the bus itself. The cost was outrageous and we werent told until we got on the bus that we had to pay $100 tip. I definately think that is something that should be relayed to customers. We paid $600 for 4 hours and I felt totally ripped off!!

Bob was nice to work with and was helpful over the phone. He helped us book a shuttle to and from our hotel to our wedding site. We settled on 4 hours (the minimum booking purchase). We had the driver pick up guests 1.5 before our ceremony and dropped people off the last 2.5 hours of the evening. We had planned that we would decide if we needed to extend the shuttle service an additional hour the night of depending on guest needs. The timing of the pick up and drop offs worked out great.
