I paid almost $200 in advance for a replacement keyboard. I had to wait 4+ weeks without them even calling me back to keep me posted on what was happening. They never called to update me and it took almost 2 months for them to finally say they can't fix my keyboard. I asked for a refund and they said they will "do it tomorrow" last week. They did not do it, so i had to call again and follow up today and they finally refunded me. I will not be going back, unfortunately, due to a bad experience.

Mike is awesome. He is honest and fair and will take good care of your equipment. He has repaired a couple of phones, told me when things I brought him were beyond repair or the cost would exceed the value of the equipment. There isn't much I can bring him that he can't fix, and he is quick and efficient. When I brought in my laptop he understood that I used it daily for my job and couldn't afford to be without it long so he made an appointment for the repair, set time aside to do it immediately and had it back to me by the time my meeting was over! This business also goes by iphone mend (same phone number, same person running it)--which is where I got my iphone screen repaired. From the get go, the repair was faulty. There was a yellowish area on the screen in the right upper corner. The new screen was glitchy and made my phone freeze constantly. I was highly disappointed with my repair and would not recommend this place to anyone. I ended up just upgrading to a new phone.

I am so pleased my iphone 6s plus was having trouble charging thought it was battery but somehow it had water damage don't know how was so upset and thought well it can't be fixed I was so upset! But they were able to fix it and is like brand new THANK YOU!!!! The price was very reasonable and I will recommend PC On Wheels to everyone!! Great Job!!!!!!!

I had the battery in my iPhone 6 replaced about 3 months ago. The original battery was so bad that I essentially couldn't use the phone unless it was plugged into power. I was on the verge of getting a new phone because I'd heard battery replacements were a crap shoot at best. But I saw great reviews for PC Repair on Wheels and I'm so glad I gave it a whirl.
I dropped my phone off and went to Starbucks for an hour and came back to a new battery. 3 months later it's still working perfectly. The service was excellent, polite, fast, above and beyond. I'll absolutely recommend

I had a case on and a tempered glass screen protector and my screen still managed to shatter. They only have a 30day warranty and that is not much of a help. Not only did my screen crack from falling out of my lap at 2ft my speaker was not calibrated correctly. PSA...... if you choose to replace your screen by a 3rd party vendor you totally void your warranty and or your insurance you may carry on your phone. I took my phone to the Apple Store and if I had not replaced my screen they would have replaced my entire iPhone, but... since I had a replaced screen they wanted NOTHING to do with me!! I

We use PC on Wheels from time to time for repairs. The guys working there are very knowledgeable and friendly and it's convenient to our location. The repairs they have done have held up great. The price seemed high but probably the going rate for a retail shop. You could pay less if you wanted to find someone that does repairs on the side. We like the security of using an established business. The building lobby is awkward. You enter a small lobby and there is nobody there to meet you.
