I had an HP PC that was 16 years old and it finally decided to call it quits. I took it to Chad to see if he could recover all the pictures and data I had accumulated over the years. I wasn't too optimistic because I have heard horror stories about data recovery. But Chad, through his knowledge and expertise, did a great job and recovered a considerable amount of my info! Highly Recommended...We were having software issues with a Windows 8 gaming PC once again. Chad recommended upgrading to Windows 10 to avoid future issues. He installed Windows 10, backed up my files, upgraded my anti-virus, and had our PC up and running in less then 24 hours from when I dropped it off!!! That's what I call fast and very friendly service!!! I will use Chad's KingPin Computers services from now on. Found Chad and his company just by google search, computer was extremely slow that I couldn't even login. Went to Chad's place keeping in mind he would probably tell me I was going to need a new laptop. He was able to detect and clear out 2 viruses and install a new antivirus program for me. Dropped it off that morning and it was done by the evening. Computer is faster than ever and he also cleaned it very nicely-looks brand new! His wife was also very helpful as well, extremely nice people with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Chad King really knows his stuff! He found the problem with my monitor in 10 minutes. I had spent hours researching and talking to tech support people---getting the same answers over and over and none of them worked. He was respectful and very knowledgeable. If anyone at my house has a computer problem, we will definitely go back to Kingpin.

Found Chad at Kingpin Computers after an internet search, including Angie’s list. Recently bought a new system with desktop, laptop, 2 monitors, 2 printers, speakers, scanner, UPS, mouse, accessories and software. Way over my head to set up properly, so I was looking for an expert to come to my home and set it up. Chads in-home price was reasonable, so I had him come out. He arrived on time and got right to work. He had everything up and running in around 3 ½ hours. No messing around, no wasted time. I've called Chad @ KingPin Computers on a number of occasions - in a panic because of either a computer freeze, a virus or a crash. Since I'm from out of state, Chad was able to remote into my computer. Each and every time I call the service has been outstanding! Chad is professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed the immediate problem quickly, but found other issues that he was able to resolve. LOVE this company!!

I recently purchased a new computer and I needed to transfer contacts, files, emails, etc. I was going from XP to Windows 10; a big jump. I also wanted to add some bells and whistles. I gave Chad a list of what I wanted and he took care of all of it in very short order and did it the right way the first time. He spent time with me going over everything and answering all my questions. His fee was extremely reasonable.

Awesome customer service. Chad is the MAN! You can trust him with your computers. Chad provided same day service. 1 hour after I called him he returned my call and did a fantastic job on my HP desktop PC. I had a complex issue with my conversion from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and remotely he fixed the problem to total satisfaction. I truly appreciated the great & prompt attention.
