Acupuncture needles are very small in size commonly compared to a strand of hair. The needles are solid not hollow. They are rounded not pointed which help you feel comfort with the injections. If you feel the insertion, you may experience one of two things (you may feel a small like mosquito bite) then the energy from the tip of the needle.
There are many kinds of headache such as migraines, tension headache, cluster headache, and traumatic headache. Migraines and other types of headache - such as tension headache and sinus headache - are painful and can rob you of quality of life. Migraine symptoms include a pounding headache, nausea, vomiting, and light sensitivity.
The condition is more common during winter but some people suffer from regardless atmospheric temperature. The condition commonly is found among women mostly during adolescence, menopause and after giving a birth.

Acupuncture on an empty stomach can leave you tired. To help you refuel after your treatment, we offer filtered water, tea, and nourishing snacks. You don't have to literally lie down or take a nap (although, bonus if you can). By rest, I mean, go easy. Don't help your friend move into a six-floor walkup apartment.

I was having severe pain and numbness in my hands and fingers due to carpal tunnel syndrome. A friend recommended I try acupuncture. After about a month of treatment from Kang's, my condition has improved so significantly, I think I will be able to avoid surgery. I am so grateful to Kang's for the healing and relief they have been able to provide.

I love the welcoming atmosphere of this facility. It makes me feel very welcome and is very clean. Everytime i go in to my appointment and i dont feel too good they know exactly what is wrong and make me feel better instantly. Overtime my conditions have also started to have a decrease in symptoms. For the price it is 100% worth the experience.

I highly recommend Kang’s Family Acupuncture to anyone who is struggling with any type of problem. They have helped me with neck pain and anxiety that I have been dealing with for years. I’ve tried physical therapy and massage therapy but they weren’t as successful as acupuncture. Thanks to Kang’s Family Acupuncture, I learned that the majority of my symptoms stem from my gut which was not working properly. They have truly improved my life and I’m very grateful!!

Very friendly office and doctors. I went there for stress and stomach issues and noticed results within the first couple visits. I would definitely recommend this practice! The only downfalls are the price and the limited after 5pm availability for appointments. It was difficult to make appointments around my 8-5 work schedule.

I have wanted to try acupuncture for years for severe neck and back issues. I have already had one spinal fusion in my neck 11 years ago, and now have a 1 herniated and a couple bulging discs.
I had a noticeable reduction in pain after only 1 treatment. I have had pain that wrapped around my ribs for over a year and that was gone. My lower back pain and neck pain was reduced. I have had 3 treatments in 3 weeks and I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent results. It is pricey, but I’m able to use my HSA which helps some. And it’s worth it to not be in pain every day and every night

Went to the facility because I was in severe pain. Office visit and acupuncture treatment cost $250.00. Left feeling the same thought maybe it would take until next day to feel some relief but feeling the same as I went in. Called the office and they wanted more money $175.00 to $200.00 for another treatment. Thought maybe they would at least ask me to come in and give me a break on the cost but only wanted to charge me for more visits. Very unsatisfied with this clinic. Seems to me they just want to set up visits and take money out of peoples pockets. Very sad I went there and paid so much to

Went to their office for anxiety issues and was told the acupuncture would work. Paid $2000 for 13 treatments. I went for over half the visits and still had the anxiety problems. I talked to them about getting a prorated refund for the remaining visits and was told no they could not do that. I don't understand why I should pay for something that doesn't work. Why should you have to lay there for 35 to 45 minutes with needles in you for something that does nothing. I didn't ask for a full refund just for the remaining visits. This is really poor business practice. They take people

I had multiple issues and pains through out my left arm neck and left shoulder, I also had tingling and numbness in the left fingers which caused sleeping disorder. I tried physical therapy for over 3 months without any success and the pain and the numbness kept getting worst and worst. Finally I was advised by a friend that had tried acupuncture at Kang’s family clinic to go there, so I did, and my pains started to become less and less until it fully disappeared. Kang’s family clinic took real good care of me they made me feel like I am part of there family. I can now move my head to the left

First time going in and had 2 acupuncture treatments in one visit. Felt better but I still need some more treatment. Although, I'm sorry to say that I have found a place that charges 3 times less than what I paid for. $350.00 is too much for 1 visit but the office is good and so are the staff & doctor. Thank you

I started going to acupuncture as a last resort to try and get pregnant. Dr. Kang and his lovely wife Grace were able to help me get pregnant, carry the baby to term and now I have a healthy 8 month old! I love Dr. Kang and Grace! If you have any issues including fertility issues you must go see them. I have been getting treated for overall health and any aches and pains I have had over the last 2 years. It is amazing how much better I feel after each visit!
