I can't say enough good things about Mike at Evolve Acupuncture. Firstly, he honors and upholds his COVID protocols (i.e., temperature taken at door, face masks are required, you must wash your hands upon entry, etc.) and it makes you feel very safe. On top of that, the office is impeccably clean. It's sterile, yet warm and inviting. Secondly, Mike is extremely professional. He listens deeply to any of my concerns before our session begins and has an amazing bedside manner. I am seeing him weekly for PCOS and there is definitely a stress component that is addressed at each session. I couldn't make

L saw Mike years ago after my hip replacement surgery and had a problem with my thigh cramping up
when I walked. After 3 sessions I was back to pain free walking. I don't know why I didn't think to
see Mike first after I hurt my shoulder in July. I tried everything including PT with no relief. Mike spent time listening to what was going on and knew exactly what needed to be done to get my muscle working again. Once again Mike to the rescue, full range of motion is back, I can put my coat on without pain and I can sleep again without tossing and turning trying to
get in a comfortable position

I came to Mike at Evolve because my chiropractor recommended him. I was having some neck/shoulder pain that just wouldn’t go away. I had been seeing the chiropractor for months. I went to my first session with Mike, and he knew immediately which muscle groups to target to help me feel better. My pain went away right after our first session, but I’ve been back many times since for other things. I always leave feeling relaxed. Highly recommend!

100% recommend this place to anyone who is considering acupuncture! I had been experiencing severe anxiety and doing a lot of personal work to try and get it under control (meditation, journaling, yoga, physical activity, etc.) and none of it was working as well as I would have liked. I got my first session of acupuncture with Mike and over the next few days I felt much more grounded and calm physically and psychologically than I've felt continuously in a long time. Mike is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and I'm really grateful I started going!

I have been suffering from pain in my neck and lower back for several months. I believe it is due to long-term affects of having COVID-19. I started seeing Mike three weeks ago and I am amazed at the improvements I am feeling in my neck. He is currently working on my lower back and I am starting to feel relief there as well. I have also been suffering with altered taste and smell and I’m hoping he can help me with that as well. I will update my review once we start working on that area. I came to Mike during a very stressful walk with infertility. I was worn down and full of anxiety. I was able to share my story with him, and to my surprise he had a ton of advice and ideas on how to help me. I started seeing him once a week, or once every other week, and noticed immediate changes. We focused on breathing techniques, herbs and vitamins and healthy ways to cope with my stress. Had been dealing with imbalance and migraines for over 4 months. Started acupuncture after receiving all clear on all medical tests. Was nervous at first but after a few weeks the migraines were gone and my balance is back to normal and I am much calmer. Mike listens to all my concerns and issues and is very attentive to them.
