I recently had to deal with a rather messy divorce in which my wife took my son and left for another state, then served me for divorce. Very scared and no idea my options, I reached out to Nevada Family Law Group. Ms. Marilyn Caston did not hesitate. After calming me and reassuring me, she made sure that my wife understood my son was to be returned to Nevada or the legal consequences would be severe. My son was returned allowing me to concentrate on what I needed to do.
Throughout the whole process she stayed on top of case, made sure I knew all my options and prepared me for what was coming.

My experience was terrible. No contact with attorney before first hearing, muted during attacks with no defense of lies to court. I was told things that gave me no hope for a strategy. Zip Code on Quit Claim was wrong. Entire property address on Quit Claim was wrong. I caught the errors. The whole thought of divorce shook me to the core. I didn't want to fight with the woman I loved and partnered with for 35+ years. I didn't want to hurt her, however, the language in the lawsuit she brought against me made it clear that it was the intention of her lawyer to "hurt me" as much as possible.
