I've had two jobs done by Sergeant Pool Services and I have been very satisfied with the service. Dereck answered all questions, replies to messages promptly, and looks for the best options possible for each one of the jobs. I am very pleased with the company and definitely recommend them for your pool services.

My family and I had a truly pleasant experience with Sergeant Pool services. I had reached out to about half a dozen different companies seeking assistance and Dereck at Sergeant Pool Services was the first professional to contact me- he called within 24 hours (only one other company messaged me back days later and the others never even responded! Ha! I guess people don't actually want to expand and get new customers...) Dereck saved our pool! After dealing with a bad algae problem and low pump flow, Dereck came out to give us a bid for service. That bid ended up being service the next morning, followed by us being able to swim the next evening! Dereck is extremely knowledgeable about pools, as well as very honest and professional. We’ll definitely be calling him again for our regular maintenance needs.

I have been having issues with my pool for a couple of years. Have been using another company for a long time. Leslie’s Pool Service recommended Dereck/Sergeant Pool Services. Called them, Dereck was there the same day, diagnosed problem, offered different options.
My pool has not looked that good in a long time now that he took care of it. I also signed up for the weekly maintenance which I pay less for than I did 10 years ago with another company.
They are polite, very professional, helpful, fast and efficient. I am very please. Highly recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This company has been GREAT. They come and clean the pool at my parent’s house and they are so impressed & happy with their services. The pool looks FABULOUS. Not only are they super informative and helpful with tips on pool care— they also went out of their way one day to help my mom move cinder blocks to her backyard. Who does that these days, ya know!? Thats the kind of company they are. SO NICE. I wish I could give more stars.

Sergeant Pool Services takes excellent care of our pool. Dereck is very knowledgeable and professional and provides in-depth explanations for how he maintains a chemical balance of the water. We rest assured that our pool is being maintained with military precision! I would definitely recommend Sergeant Pool Services to anybody in the Cypress area.
