Two thumbs up for Pit Stop Pool Service! I recently hired Pit Stop to take over weekly maintenance of my pool. I had been dealing with horrible green algae in my pool for the past 6 weeks with little to no improvement from my prior pool company. I called Pit Stop Pools this morning knowing I was not going to use a weekly pool service but as a very new and first time pool owner I had a few questions. Amy Morgan went above and beyond on customer service even knowing the things I needed help with her company could not do. She did not try to sell me anything but instead answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. In the event I ever need service or my pool maintained I will be calling them first.

Appreciate the responsiveness and follow through by Pit Stop. Cody and his wife Amy came out the next day when my pump motor died and replaced it 2 days later. Family run business with a person touch and found recommendations and cost to be reasonable and competitive. Will be calling again if a future issue arises and do recommend.

We recently switched to Pit Stop Pool for our monthly maintenance and are very pleased with their service! We had issues with our automated Pentair system, causing our pumps to run 24/7. Pit Stop Pool replaced our mother board along with the relays in no time. They showed up the very next morning and were quick to respond (we live in the Heights).
