Spray foam insulation is very popular in Cornelia and can be used in various areas of a home.
The liquid state allows it to penetrate fine cracks and holes in the surface that products like fiberglass can't protect. Since the entire surface area is sealed, it is much more energy efficient than any other material available. It keeps more warm air in during cold months, and keeps it out when it becomes hot.
Commercial spray Foam insulation allows commercial structures to be more sustainable by making houses more energy efficient, healthier, and durable than traditionally insulated buildings. Most spray foam materials are water assisted and soy-based, so they do not have much of a negative impact on the environment and can provide decreased energy costs in the end.

I recently had them foam insulate my basement using closed cell for my exterior walls and closed cell with an open cell layer for the basement ceiling. It has made an immediate difference in the temperature control of my home and it also stopped the annoying squeaking when I walk on my main floor. Not only does the insulation really help my HVAC from working overtime it has also provided a great sound barrier between my basement where I play loud music and the main floor. Very happy with the work and the Southeastern Insulation crew that came out to do the work. They were very responsive when they

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Southeastern Insulation sprayed our new house with closed-cell insulation throughout. They were very professional and responsive and did a wonderful job! The past two electric bills have been just over $100; which I think is great because we are a family of five with a 3000 square foot house! Thank you again Southeastern Insulation!

Our house was built in 1984, and had no insulation in the attic except for very little fiberglass on the floor. It was always freezing/boiling up there, so we couldn't really use it to store anything of value. Not to mention our home temperate fluctuated wildly, and or power bill in summer was scary, to say the least.
Jared and his team did a great job. We had them remove all the old nasty fiberglass (not necessary, but I wanted it OUT.), And they put up foam board over the gable walls so the foam wouldn't seep through the cracks (our attic walls were literally just the bare siding), and they

We were looking for a local company to replace our blown in insulation to the spray foam insulation. I knew the minute I met with Jared that this was the company. Scott and Kevin came out to do the work. What great gentlemen. Professional, polite, and most of all so hard working. We couldn't be more happy the with the results.

We were leaning towards utilizing a different insulation company and then Adam reached out to me to schedule a visit. During our meeting Adam took the time to walk my project, identify areas of need/concern, and really give us more of an educational experience to our insulation needs. He and the crew did a fantastic job on our Home Remodel / Addition projects. We were very pleased with extra attention to detail and entire process on a whole. We passed inspection with no issues. The entire team was professional throughout and did a fantastic job prepping and cleaning the area. Highly recommend Southeastern

We are very, very happy with our decision to hire Southeastern Insulation. The guys showed up on time and ready to work. They were very professional, working diligently over a 1-1/2 day period. They worked in harsh conditions (20+ year-old house with nasty attic and basement, hot summer temps-almost 100 degrees). The workmanship is superb! Can't say enough about how well the job was done. The guys went way above and beyond what was expected. They kept us informed of the status, informed us of any house problems that we might need to tend to (wasp nest discovered in an area they weren't even hired
