Mathew was professional and communicative every step of the way and I'm very happy with the quality, appearance and effect the job has had on the temperature in my home. Today we had insulation work performed by Arbor Insulation Solutions. From the evaluation and quote provided by Jason, to the scheduling provided by Julie to the installation provided by Sam, this family business excelled. We contracted for three things: additional insulation in the attic; a sealing cap on our pull down stairs to the attic; insulation on a wall between an un-heated attic and a bedroom. They arrived early, as requested, on the agreed day. Sam and his team-mate Tom, put in a full day's work and finished in one day. They were courteous, clean and professional in the entire process

The installers ran hoses through my bedroom widow that destroyed my window ledge. Also tracked some sort of black glue all over my floor. When I was given the initial estimate the salesman told me it includes repairs to the damaged gable walls in my attic, those repairs were not done. As for the work that was done, the 360 air tight did not seem to make that much of a difference. I was told it would decrease the drafts in my house by 20%, the door blower test they ran only showed an improvement of 9%.
