Services
For over 30 years, we have offered customized catering for all levels of service in the Baltimore and DC area. In other words, we can do it all. Our bread and butter (pardon the pun, ) we specialize in intimate parties, whether at your home or the venue of your choice. Every detail, from the type of food served to the platters and plate ware, are customized to your unique needs.
We always love to create memorable menu items for each client, but when that client is another chef, we know that we can pull out all the stops. Both the bride and the groom live in New Orleans, so we wanted to include some subtle nods to the cuisine without the food being overtly "Cajun." Being an October wedding, we also wanted to take advantage of the abundance of Maryland produce available at our wonderful local farms.

There is one memory about my wedding that seems to stick in my brain. What is so odd to me, is that it wasn't anything one would typically guess; it was the mundane act of biting into a small, perfectly round yellow-orange cherry tomato. The beautiful color. The plumpness. Oh, the bursting flavor! This isn't to say that our wedding was boring and uneventful. It was quite the opposite. It was the best wedding I've ever been to, and there were many that said the same that weren't my wife or I.

We are so happy with our experience with Panache Fine Catering. Buddy recently catered an anniversary party at our home. In planning for the event, he took the time to get acquainted with us, listen to our ideas, share his knowledge and suggestions, and the result was the best party we could have hoped for. The menu was original, delicious and beautifully presented. Buddy and his assistant managed the evening so smoothy, with care and calm, and an engaging way with our guests. We highly recommend Panache, and hope to work with them again soon.

Don’t look any further! Panache Fine Catering is absolutely fabulous! Buddy and his team (Eb and Julie) MADE our party a success, no question about it. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Buddy. He made planning my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary so easy and fun. From the moment I reached out to him, he was both kind and responsive. He really got to know me and what I envisioned for our evening. He took plenty of time to meet with me at my home, think through each aspect of the party, had many great suggestions and planned a menu that not only suited those with food allergies

Our wedding dinner was catered by Panache and couldn't have been lovelier; the food was exceptional, the service was perfectly smooth and unobtrusive, and the entire planning process was easy...and very fun. Buddy listened carefully to all of our input and then seamlessly wove in our vision to what he knew was in season and would work best for the venue and the event.
