Well Crafted Pizza is a wood fired mobile pizza kitchen and caterer founded on the beliefs and core values of community, connection, and food. Our locally inspired menu of creative & traditional pizzas, and wood fired farm fresh sides is served from our vintage 1949 Dodge pizza truck. Join us at an upcoming event or HIRE US to cater your next party, gathering, or wedding.
The truck is fitted with everything needed to roll up, set up, and serve your guests. We house ample refrigeration, 4 reclaimed barn wood tables, a 3 bay sink, and a generator. We provide all serve ware, and of course, the amazing wood fired pizza. All we need is a place to park! We arrive, and within an hour, are set up and ready to serve.

Well Crafted is made up of four co-owners who bring a wide variety of previous experiences, a shared love of local food, and a passion to make a difference in the world around us. The four of us met during our college years, while working together on student affairs projects, including raising money to build a Habitat for Humanity house together.

We used the Well Crafted Pizza brick oven food truck for our housewarming and could not have been happier. The truck is so cool with reclaimed wood doors and a nostalgic feel.The pizza was delicious and our guests raved about the food all night. The guys who came to set up and work on it were so nice, clean, fun, polite and helpful. The only thing I would do differently next time (and I would not hesitate to use them again) would be to have them serve beer from their taps for us.

Well Crafted Pizza catered our wedding and it was a wonderful experience start to finish. They were responsive, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the planning process, but they truly went above and beyond the night of our wedding - turning out quick and absolutely delicious pizzas with smiles (in 35 degree weather!) If you want guests to reach out to you for days after your event to tell you how amazing the food was, look no further than Well Crafted.

I absolutely LOVE well crafted pizza, not just for their pizza but the whole company in general. They catered our wedding in June and it was the talk of the week in our little town. Everyone wanted to know and get their contact information for when they want pizza at their next event! They were awesome to work with (especially since we had to post pone due to covid), they worked with us to reschedule and were always on top of the communication. They arrived early and had pizza flowing until everyone was full. I can't wait to go visit them in Baltimore but also to have them again when we need another

I hired Well Crafted for a small outdoor celebration of my wedding just a couple weeks before it took place. They were fast and efficient while getting the menu and contracts in order. They took care of all the details, and it was a relief to show up and have them already set up and serving people! The food was delicious - including the leftovers we took home!

We had Well Crafted as the caterer for our wedding this past September and they absolutely crushed it! Everything from the pizza to the coffee was an total hit...love their attention to detail when sourcing ingredients from local farmers and markets. Food is delicious, service is impeccable - would highly recommend to any and everybody!

I enjoyed Well Crafted Pizza at a recent Great Frogs Winery event. The pizza was delicious -- my favorite was the Summer Squash Pizza (that goat cheese!) although the Black and Blueberry Ricotta Pizza was a close second. It didn't surprise me at all to hear they were voted Best Food Truck (2016) by Baltimore Magazine. If you get the chance to try Well Crafted Pizza, DO IT! You won't be disappointed.
