As a new business owner I went in today to get new decals made which shouldn't take but 5 minutes to make and was told I'd have to wait 5 days to be made. I will not be bringing my business here again. I told them that I needed them today and was willing to pay extra being it was only letters and numbers and declined to add a logo since it seemed to be an inconvenience to them. I will be going to a small business that I've used in the past and they have never let me down.

Happiest man on Earth! I dropped off some products to be engraved and they kept in touch with me. Called me to tell me of troubles and told me not to worry but the products would be available before Christmas. On top of that, they modified the bill for my troubles.
