I contacted Basin Embroidery back in Septmeber for a very special, rush project of a variety of patches. I can't even begin to describe how wonderful everyone was during this entire process. They took the time to review the order to detail and keep me updated through the entire creation of the patches. I was able to be a part of the process and my ideas and designs were considered. I really appreciate everyone's support and the final products were absolutely PERFECT and of the highest quality!

I went into the business today with the intention of dropping off additional shirts to get a logo put on. I asked if on the shirts i was dropping off that they make sure to use a smaller font size since two different font sizes were used on the others shirts making our logo not consistent. I then questioned the price, if we continued to bring in additional shirts if the price could be lowered. Well the girl at the front calls the a female manager, I began to explain once again what I was needing and she stopped me mid-sentence and told me that someone had come in and told her to change the font

I was so pleased with the recent embroidery order I had placed with Basin Embroidery. The picture I sent to be embroidered on a jacket was complex with many colors and came out perfect, just as I had envisioned. The management was kind to offer suggestions as to how they could make the embroidery as I had imagined. The staff was very cordial as well. A joy to work with. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants to be ensured of fast, quality workmanship.

I dropped off a BRAND NEW leather vest to have several patches sewn on. My wife and I stood there with the woman who came to assist us and we both witnessed her write down my VERY SPECIFIC instructions in which to place the patches. I was told it would be ready in 1 week. After that week and a day passed I called and was told it would be ready by noon. When I arrived (an hour after I was told it would be ready), she had 2 patches sewn on and BOTH were sewn on WRONG!
