One of the first choices a homebuyer will need to make is whether you want a fixed-rate or an adjustable-rate mortgage loan. Branden and his assistant Lois were great! I was doing the whole process from Germany and they took time to email back and forth explaining everything I needed to know as well as taking time from their busy schedule when I wanted to call them about something. It was crazy timing when we were searching for our next home, we had just moved back into the area and our baby boy was very close to making his debut. I can't even explain in words how much Willie and is staff of professionals helped me! They simply just got the job done! They made the house buying process fun and stress free. This was definitely an easy review for me. Branden and his team are absolutely amazing! He was responsive with all of my questions (trust me there was a lot), he was available when I needed him, and they were fast in processing my loan application. I was told that buying a house would be a stressful and overwhelming 30 days at least. Branden and Academy Mortgage made it the complete opposite. He worked hard to get us the lowest rate possible and we are happy! Communication is key... and these guys nailed it. The videos throughout the stages of the loan were pretty entertaining as well!
