Use them, is what I have to say to you if you need a great lender. Professional, knowledgeable, they don't talk down to you, but talk to you and they are happy to explain everything and anything. My personal example, we sold a house and bought a house at the same time as we had a baby. It was painless, they sent paperwork online, only asked for docs needed once, not fifty times like other lenders and kept good communications
