Light a Candle. Warm a Heart is a new program that provides an opportunity for those who cannot attend a service to share their love and support with the family. We will place your message on a candle which will be lit for the service to demonstrate that you are with them in spirit. When deciding on a funeral home, you and your family want to be sure that its service, merchandise and support selections are of the highest quality.
We provide the same superior assistance to all of our families, regardless of the type of funeral, cremation, memorial, cemetery or pet service they choose. Whether or not you choose us, this section will help you to decide which factors are most important to you. Once you are sure of what will best serve you and your family, the choice of funeral home will become clear.

Steve O'Leary at the Beinhauer Dormont location recently handled the funeral arrangements for my father. The facility is roomy and comfortable, all the arrangements were handled according to the plan that Steve helped us to organize, and the staff checked regularly during the process to make sure the arrangements were to our satisfaction.
Obituaries act as quiet reminders of the finite nature of our lives. Yet, for those who have recently experienced the death of a family member or friend, an obituary means so much more. It is a bittersweet reminder of all we've lost, but it can also help us to remember all we enjoyed while they were alive.
G. K. Chesterton wrote, Courage is almost a contradiction in terms. It means a strong desire to live taking the form of readiness to die. The men and women who served in the armed forces, whether during a time of war, or one of peace, are living examples of that contradiction. Each should be honored and remembered, so that our gratitude never fades.
