Services
Customers walk through the booths in the store, selecting items to buy as they go. Our staff of dealers is there to provide customer assistance everywhere in the store, answering questions, making suggestions, moving and loading purchase. Who better to answer customer questions and provide top notch customer service than the experts who own individual businesses (booths) within the mall?
Each one of our dealers bring their unique style and personality to their own booth space at Antiques & Uniques. If they sell online or wish to be contacted outside of A&U, we've provided a link to their site or contact information for you as well! 1st and 2nd booth by the registers. Located on the back wall next to the caf.
Can't find that special item that you've been searching for? Our dealers are bringing in new items each week but can't possibly fit everything they have to sell in their booth. Let us know what you are looking for and we'll pass that information on to our dealers. Once that item is brought into our store, we will contact you to let you know it's here and you can come back to Antiques & Uniques to take a look!
Little Annie's Hope Train collects donations and delivers them directly to the homeless on the streets. They put together "Blessing Bags" which include a variety of items for both the warm and cold months. A&U has become a drop-off location throughout the year! If you can donate any of the items listed below, please bring them into A&U.
Based on a 10x10 space, rent is $180.00 per month and 10% commission on your sales. Spaces with electric are $5.00 per month additional. You are required to work 2 days per month to staff the Store, as a walker, service desk person, cashier, greeter, etc. Dealers can also display a limited number of larger items for sale in the Furniture Room.

Was told to come and check out this place. Upon entering you are welcomed friendly by staff who mentioned the sales going on. The place is big with multiple vendors. For the most part the vendors do take pride in their space in how they showcase their items. Prices vary however I do appreciate the sale and even clearance items listed even for vintage antiques. The furniture section has good quality furniture at competitive fair prices. There are no shopping carts in the store however staff is always around just to make sure you are taken care of especially if your interested in an item. They provide

I just watched a video of a woman being very rude to the owner.. Great job guys for protecting your customers. I have recommended friends to go to your business to shop. They said it was fantastic and great prices. They also said the staff was excellent. They are older so I'm posting on their behalf.

I went here a few months ago, and what a great store it was! Had so many quirks and items for my home! I wanted to buy out the entire store! And Tom! Such an amazing, sweet, and kind man! He requires masks in his store, which makes me feel so safe! And just great customer service in general! Thanks Tom!

I have never been to this store, but I recently watched a video of a woman getting angry over not being allowed to enter the store unless she wears a mask. The two staff members in the video handled the situation in an excellent manner! They simply stated that you are not allowed in the establishment unless you are wearing a mask! It’s that simple. And remember, please think about other peoples well being when going out into public. PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK!!!! This store seems excellent and I encourage all people that read this review to visit for me!!

I was visiting a friend in Cleveland and went out hoping to do a little Christmas shopping. Came across Antiques and Uniques and WOW was I impressed!!! The variety of items was amazing!! All the staff were so helpful and accommodating! I spent well over an hour just looking around and was thrilled with the items I chose. Thank you to the owner Tom for all his help and also for enforcing a mask wearing policy. I felt very safe and at ease while I was browsing!

Haven't personally been there yet, but i recently came across a video where Tom defended and protected his employees against a belligerent customer who refused to wear a mask. He remained calm, kind, as well as professional. You can tell he is the type of business owner that takes pride in offering the best service to his customers as well as a fun and safe working environment for his employees. I hope to visit there soon! All his reviews are positive and based on the pictures they have posted they seem to have some really nice stuff!
