First off, I would like to thank you for your time and your interest. My name is Jesse C. Mathews II born and raised in Ohio. I am 40yrs old and the founder/owner of Premier Auction Galleries. Having grown up around auctions since the age of 8, maybe younger, I've always had an interest.

Premier Auction Galleries helped my family downsize and sell antiques that have been handed down to us. I received very accurate quotes on what items would sell for and they picked up items and sold them in a timely matter. I've been collecting for fine art and antiques for over 15 years now and there's few houses as pleasant to work with as Premier Auction Galleries. Every transaction big or small has been seamless. Paid for my one item immediately. No instructions on where, how, or when to pick up. Called, emailed five times.finally someone took my call said they’d call back. Never heard from them. Have tried for weeks to get a hold of them to either pick up or get item delivered and nothing. I would retract review if I could get my item... that I really want by the way.

Awful to their customers. The site says that they help their customers in the delivery. But in reality there is no help. I wrote letters to them for a month. No answer! Although I immediately paid for the goods. I do a lot of shopping on the Internet, but this is the first time I have faced such an attitude. They apparently do not care if they buy goods from them or not. I have not received my things yet and I do not even know if I will get them. But I know for sure that they have no purchases

What a shame, this kid, (young owner) is slowly running this company into the ground!
I recently bid on line and won an expensive item from Premier Auction Galleries. When it arrived in the mail, I discovered that almost all of it had damage that was not mentioned in the description and there were also major pieces missing that could not be noticed in the photos like the entire bottom half of a silver enamel box. Basically, this auction company is selling online to buyers who cannot see the items in person and when you try and return it, they refer you to their "small print" which says it is my

Online auction bidder and recently dealt with Premier Auction Galleries LLC. My experience was horrible. The gentleman who delivers my items contacted Jesse Mathews a few days before picking up the furniture and Jesse never answered the calls. Calls were made to his business and no answer. Needless to say, my chairs could not be picked up. I called Jesse Mathews numerous times and he finally answered. Jesse PROMISED he would "look into" shipping my chairs with one of his vendors. Nothing happened. Jesse promised to pay the difference in shipping costs if I scheduled with another delivery company
