For daily maintenance, clean wood using a mild soap and water solution then towel dry immediately. NEVER use care products that contain silicone or ammonia as this will cut through the lacquer finish over time and damage your piece. Please check the product label. Use coasters, felt pads or runners under objects to protect and preserve the surface and finish of your piece.
Take 684 South to Exit 5. Bear right towards the Saw Mill River Parkway and follow signs for Route 117. Get off at Exit 43. Exit ramp loops around and becomes Route 117 Bypass Road. We are the second building on the right. Look for the big Country Willow Home sign. Take 684 North to Exit 6. Make a left onto Route 35.

I just received my two Jason swivel chairs and love them! My experience at Country Willow was a pleasure start to finish. Jaime made the process easy and the chairs were delivered about one month early! The delivery crew could not have been more careful, they even removed their shoes. Communication and service was great at every step and the quality of the chairs is excellent.

Be very careful. Will do anything to make a sale. Purchased a stress less chair. Was told 18 to 20 week wait as chair was being custom made in Norway. Next I get a call that it doesn’t come in color leather I’ve chosen, will I be willing to get in darker shade. Within 2 days I’m informed the chair is miraculously ready. When I question I was told salesgirl told me color leather wasn’t part of promotion which was not what she told me. Entire transaction was shady and what I believe happened was they had a chair in a warehouse that was almost what I had specified but only in a darker color

I cannot thank Country Willow enough. My home was severely flooded during Hurricane Ida. We lost everything and had to vacate the home. One of my dear friends reached out to Country Willow with my situation. Without hesitation, Country Willow donated a gorgeous bedroom set for my twin daughters including bunk beds and a desk. I love this store! Great furniture, great quality. Eileen has been helping us and she has great taste and suggestions! It’s hard to find the right thing when you are browsing online (or even in the store), but we would tell her what we want and she would find the perfect piece.
I know supply chain issues have backed everything up these days, but I believe that Country Willow is honest and upfront about their lead times. It sounds long, but at least the delivery date won’t get pushed back several times.

The furniture in this store is absolutely wonderful. Took quite sometime to get our piece but it was worth the wait. After a month the wood swelled so the doors didn’t quite close flush so they sent this angel to us Mike McErlean he was fantastic! Fixed our sideboard perfectly. Great with my giant dog that most people ask to put him away. We would get more furniture from them just bc of Mike- knowing they have experts to come fix anything that goes wrong is great peace of mind! Country Willow is lucky to have Mike!!!

This store is amazing!! What a huge selection of quality furniture! I was in the market for a new sectional and went to a few local places near me without much luck in finding what I needed. ( Our current couches have lasted 16 years until our kids got to them!) Jamie greeted me with a smile, listened to what I was looking for, and showed me all the possible sectionals that fit my needs and budget. It took me a bit of time to finalize my selection, but Jamie was super patient and so helpful. She found a gorgeous sectional that will hold up to my three boys and our pets in a durable, beautiful fabric

In around 9 months, with normal use, not in any way excessive or inappropriate, the end of the arm rests on my arm chairs wore out. The chairs looked like I had them fir many years. The reps at consumer service at Country Willow claimed that they were not responsible since the chairs were fine when they were delivered. I purchased the chairs at Country Willow, even though they were priced higher than elsewhere, since the store is known for its customer service & selling a quality product. This was clearly not the case. Their furniture should not have aged that quickly with normal use.

Country willow was amazing. We were able to order a room full of furniture for our grandson and get it delivered safely during the pandemic. Just in time for his birthday.The customer service was incredible. My thanks to everyone who helped order, produce and deliver this fantastic furniture at such a difficult time. We ordered pieces from the Montauk design and we are thrilled with the quality and aesthetic.

Had a great experience working with Country Willow! I had originally visited the store with my husband and my mom to pick out a nursery set. The staff was not pushy, gave us plenty of space, and after showing us a few options, told us to check in if we needed anything else. We found something that we loved and ordered it that day. The staff recommended in store pickup (my mom lives in NY but we were in town from Boston) to ensure the furniture was in good form before driving back to MA. Unfortunately, this was pre- Covid. Our furniture ended up being locked in the warehouse for a few months as

This review led to the owner reaching out and refunding the cost of shipping. Nothing more than that, no sincere apology for my experience, nothing. It's a shame because I have three young kids and a house we moved into in the last few years so we are always in need of good quality furniture. I'd rather give my business to a small operation but this experience has pushed me towards online shopping/the big furniture names.

The CEO contacted my husband as well as Heather and her staff. They will be replacing the table even though the new sample was the same color as the table that was delivered. There was a misunderstanding with the naming of the colors (in 2009 the name / color changed) so I think they just need to update their color samples in-store.
In any case, problem was solved. Thank you Country Willow for working with us to find a solution, we appreciate it.

Some of the worst service I have ever dealt with. The saleswoman seemed annoyed to have to talk with me, my wife and kids (one of which was asleep and the other wasn't saying a word. Her definition of helping was "go look around". Then she claimed she asked us twice if we needed help
Even our four year old asked "why doesn't she like us...".
We were going to buy a couch. Not ever from this place

This is an update to my earlier review, and reflects the end of a long design and shopping effort to repurpose a "formal" living room that was used primarily to store stuff that was on its way somewhere else.
Along the way we hired an interior designer (not from Country Willow) and eventually terminated that service due to the projected price tag - but we did capture some of the basics of the original design and executed most of this with the help of Michelle at Country Willow.
The end result was a room that functions as we desired for about 50% less than the "designer" quote
