Our primary care clinic and walk-in clinic has been serving the Raleigh area for over 20 years. We see patients ages 16 and above, and manage a wide variety of medical illnesses. Dr. Sachdeva is the most caring Doctor I have seen. She is amazing and provides good feedback on keeping the good balance between tablets, exercise and monitoring.

She stresses on wellness rather than illness. She is very courteous and professional. The last urgent care/walk-in patient is accepted 30 minutes prior to closing on any day we are open.

Driving a commercial motor vehicle requires long, hard hours on the road. Federal law requires that drivers of commercial motor vehicles receive regular "Department of Transportation Medical Examinations." DOT physicals detect mental, physical and emotional issues that can affect a driver's ability to safely drive a commercial vehicle.
Almost everyone knows a friend or a family member who has diabetes, so it should not be surprising that in the United States, more than 25 million people, or roughly 8 percent of the population, have the disease. While diabetes can cause serious health problems, it can now be successfully managed by working closely with your health care team.
When your heart pumps blood, the force of the blood flow against the artery walls is called blood pressure. If this force is too high, it can lead to heart disease and other health problems. High blood pressure is very common, and it may develop gradually, or it may be caused by an underlying condition such as kidney problems, tumors or medications.

Very thankful for the flexibility of the staff. I had a family Conflict for my scheduled appointment and they were able to rearrange their day and came back from lunch early to help make sure that I was able to be seen. Super thankful for Kaitlyn in the front office for all of her help and kindness. As always, Emily was super easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions.

Clean, spacious waiting room. Appointments spaced apart for patients safety. Friendly receptionist and assistants. Waiting was minimal. Miss Emily, PA has always been my go to for all my medical needs for over 15 years. She is well educated in her field and I'm so lucky to have found such a caring PA. I have 5-star visits and leave with confidence knowing I'll be taken care of properly.

Horribly mismanaged. The Dr Sachdeva never follow-up from my 5 minute office visit that I waited over an hour for the doctor to make to scheduled appointment time. No one ever followed up on test results, and there is only non-licensed clinical staff who can pass messages to doctor who is never in office.

Very dissatisfied with the incompetent care from this practice. The practitioner did my elderly mother a disservice and was overheard doing so by another family member. After my repeated calls, the practitioners cowardly deferred to an office manager who contacted us. The office manager promised follow up and never did. They clearly just wanted to assess their own liability with no desire to help the patient (my mother). Even when told members of their own staff shared the same concerns surrounding my mother, the provider has chosen to ignore them. Beware of this practice.
I’ve seen your response

This place definitely does not meet the mark! Beware they bill separately for any blood work that is done through private insurance. This means that there is often a balance that becomes the patient’s responsibility. After being a patient for several years I had to switch my insurance due to loss of employment during the pandemic. I was told by the Office Manager they would not see me as an existing patient due to having Medicaid. To make matters worse the Office Manager was very insensitive and showed no empathy for my situation. Very disappointed that this office monetizes everything and fails
