An Island County native, Mark Ramaley began his career in commercial real estate in 1982, shortly after graduating from the University of Washington. As a young man, he managed the development of numerous retail and office projects throughout the region for a Bellevue, WA investor group, overseeing the lease up and tenant improvements as the owner's representative.
