Camano Island Real Estate
Offers visitors a real-life island experience without the hype. No Tourist Traps. There are a few restaurants, a handful of country-style grocery stores, bed and breakfast facilities, and intriguing fine art galleries to serve the elite few who have discovered Camano Island. As a local native and resident of Camano Island, I love this area and I think you will too.

I service the entire Stanwood, Warm Beach and Camano Island area as well as surrounding communities and towns. Not sure where to live? Ask me! I'd love to show you around and get a better idea of what you're looking for. Let me help you find the perfect home in this area or if you need to sell, I know exactly how to price and market your Camano Island property.
Services
A native of Western Washington, I was born and raised in the North Puget Sound area, graduating from Arlington High School in 1980. After graduation, I became interested in real estate and got my license in the early 1980s. I enjoyed being an agent but was eventually eager to learn more. This enthusiasm leads me to take my brokers exam and earn my brokers license in 1999.
A beach access home on Camano Island will typically mean that the home is close to the beach, but not necessarily. There are homes in a few communities that have beach access for the entire community, not just a specific home. So it's important to distinguish what type of beach access you're looking for.
Camano Island is bound to have dozens of beaches because, of course, we are an island. From parks and beaches to boat launches and trails, there are really endless things to do and see while exploring Camano Island beaches. One of the islands best attraction is the Iverson Trail Preserve. The Iverson Spot is a hidden gem with activities like bird watching, beach combing, skim boarding and hiking.
Walking on an all cobble beach is amazing and peaceful and you'll likely see Bald Eagles, seals, and other wildlife. Residents along the Cavalero Beach area have beautiful views of the Cascades and the mainland. This half acre park has close neighbors so it's important to respect private property. The boat launch has a daily fee of just five dollars for residents and $15 for nonresidents.
Camano Island's south end has several smaller beaches around the tip including Camano Head and Pebble Beach. The south end of Camano Island is home to mainly residential properties, lots, land, and a few in-home businesses. There is very little if any commercial businesses in this area. Unfortunately, there is no other access to Camano Island other than S. Camano Dr. and E. Camano Dr. which loops around the south end.

Mitzi Cameron and her team are the most experienced agents in Stanwood and Camano Island. They sold my home fast, solved transaction issues with a nasty buyer. They also found my new home and negotiated a lower purchase price. AMAZING

As a first time home buyer I had no idea what it looked like to buy a home. I went into Camano Island Realty and sat down with Mitzi Cameron. She explained the first steps I needed to take to get pre-qualified and answered my many questions . From attaining our pre-qualification letter all the way thru closing Mitzi was always phone call away. She took the time to educate my Husband and myself about the market and the whole home buying process. Mitzi's local knowledge and extensive knowledge of the market helped my Husband and I find our perfect home in a competitive buyer's market.
