Scheduled them between 10am to 12 pm to help moved a hot tub. Did not show up! 12:40 pm received a text saying the appointment is being moved to 2 pm to 4 pm. We do not live at the location. My brother had to sit in the car and waited for them for 3 hrs. Unacceptable. I ended up calling them after I received the text to cancel the appointment and the person hung up on me. Rude! Unprofessional!

I thought the customer service was lovely and professional. BUT little did I know they would forget about my appointment and not show up. Then when I called they said they were coming, never came. I waited 4 hours for them. Im truly disappointed because I had high hopes for this place, but at least call to reschedule or give people a notice if you are not going to come or be late.

Had to chase them for two days to show up. When they finally came, they blocked the sidewalk, the bike lane, and part of the road when picking up the items. Then they tried to charge more than quoted because their special was for "trash only," even though I told them over the phone what my items were and texted them pictures. More hassle than it was worth.
