When Dr. Jim Davis and Dr. Nancy Swenson were taking postgraduate courses for certification in chiropractic wellness, one of the mottos developed by the developer of the study program was "Eat Well-Move Well-Think Well." Dr. Jim and Dr. Nancy provide state-of-the-art chiropractic care for Brainerd and Baxter families, with a special emphasis on chiropractic prenatal treatment, and gentle adjustment of newborns and children.

Our office has been serving Veterans for over 20 years, they are some of our favorite people to assist to return to a higher quality of life. Unfortunately over the years Veterans have had very little (if any) access to much needed chiropractic care. This is why over a decade ago we created the Military Care Program which provided 50% off all services in our office for any Veteran and their immediate family.
Dr. Jim has provided a state-of-the-art chiropractic facility for his patients since 1997, and has been taking special care of moms, moms-to-be, newborns, infants and children of every age. All family members are important to us, and we cater to anyone, whether they're 2, 92, or somewhere in between.

I love Dr Jim, and I’m also LOVE his front office staff!! Hannah N, Hannah C, and Loganne are all three super helpful, always smiling and care about the patients as much as the Drs. I can’t say enough about how the total feeling and atmosphere. If you’re looking for the total package this should be your first and last stop!!

What a great group. Dr Davis has given me my life back. i couldn't walk, stand or sit for more than just a few seconds without being in severe pain. After just a few adjustments I could walk into the office and sit down instead of having to find a room where I could lie down until my appointment. They all really care how you feel. Thanks to ALL of you!!

I am a veteran and had spent years looking for a good chiropractic office that works with VA and also truly helps with my back. I discovered Live Well about a year ago and have not been disappointed. they go the extra mile to make sure all my needs are met. the massage with Linda and Mary are great at relaxing the muscles before an adjustment. and all employees care about their clients. I will continue to go here even though it's an hour drive away because of the quality of service.

Dr. Nancy and the team at Live Well are amazing. Each visit is very thorough, and any questions or concerns I have are always answered. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and they always care about my health as a whole.
The new patient visit includes a very thorough introduction with a questionnaire about your history and pain, x-rays, and a consult/adjustment with one of the doctors. That is followed up with another appointment discussing a detailed review of findings from the x-rays and a treatment plan.

I had a really great experience at Live Well chiropractic today! I had been having neck issues for a couple of weeks, and all the associated challenges that went with that. I had a great adjustment with Dr. Jim. The office staff was very gracious and got me in quickly. I had a laser treatment, and also sat in a massage chair. I feel 60% better in one treatment! I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great experience!

This is the first chiropractor i have gone to that didn't make me afraid I was going to end up with broken bones. I have been helped a great deal however through a gentler manipulation of my spine and neck. The staff are great too. Very respectful and attentive. Can't wait to see how I end up after this first 2 week process.

The staff at Live Well is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel safe and well cared for. My treatment plan is going very well for my complex pain due to Lupus and other issues. The only thing that could make it better would be to have an acupuncture therapist on staff trained in traditional Eastern medicine.
