Took my car in for oil change, ask them please don't over fill my car with oil, got it home, check oil, guess what, overfilled! I guess they don't know how to change oil without putting to much oil in. If they can't do oil right, won't trust them with anything else! Ok I give this people 5 star at first but now I'm changing it to 1 I have been take my wife car to this place 2 time and still with the same problem and the didn't change the part that they say they changed so they like to milk the vehicle when is a dealership warranty

They charge the house high for everything and don't fully complete the job. I had a engine done and it's having problems and they're saying they're too busy to look at it. They weren't buddy when I brought it in to get work done. Be more honest. And if your fixing a engine. Make sure all the sensors work before returning. I paid too much not to be driving my car😡😡😡😡😡

We called to schedule an appointment a week in advance so we could make arrangements to bring the car fin rom Lakeland. This morning i called to confirm to confirm my 9:30 10 am appointment and the said they had her down for 8am. So the time was entered wrong and then he said we could drop it off. With 1 car that isn't possible, thats why i called a week in advance to schedule this appointment ! and was told we could wait. Very Disappointed in this whole process with this business and now we are stuck back in square 1 with having to try and find someone competent that knows how to actually schedule

The guys at Honest-1 Auto Care were fantastic. They explained every aspect of the repair and what to expect. Patrick and Andrew at the front desk were excellent. I even asked questions about other repairs they performed and received excellent information. They have a very nice waiting area- clean, tv's , kid's play area and wi-fi.. I waited there for the repairs to be done but they do offer a shuttle service.. I definitely will return for any future car repairs.

My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was not starting so I had a tow truck take it to Honest-1 since they are AAA approved. I knew the issue was the starter and I explained to Jason that's all my vehicle needed so as to bypass having to have a diagnostic done. I'm appreciative that Jason did not pressure me to have one done since that is what a lot of shops tend to do to get more money out of the customer. I also appreciate how clean their customer waiting and shop area is. My vehicle was ready when promised and for an affordable repair cost which included a 10% discount as a AAA member. So happy to have moved right across the street from this awesome business, just when I needed HONEST auto care! They got me in for an oil change and comprehensive inspection first thing in the morning and I was on my way in an hour. Honesty, integrity and fast, friendly service for my car puts my mind at ease.
