Charles Ferzli graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 1997. Dr. Charles Ferzli worked in Medicaid office for 3 years before starting his own practice. During this period doctor gained experience in performing complex cosmetic procedures, crowns and bridge work.

He has received advanced training and certification from reputed institutes. Unfortunately, dental bondings, composite resin fillings (tooth colored fillings) and old crowns cannot be bleached. Fillings that have discolored indicate that they are either leaking or have secondary decay, so it is best to replace them. A better choice may be to replace them with porcelain laminate/veneers for longer lasting results.

He has no idea what he is doing compared to other dentists I have been too. He is nice and just goes through the motions. He doesn't point ideas what is best for each individual patient. He book a lot of patients at once and run around from door to door. He definitely don't give me any undivided attention. Years ago, I left my appointment with two holes in two of my tooth that he forgot to fill. I still went back because he always have appointments open. The first time, I went back , he didn't fill my front tooth correctly. The second filling I had done, he didn't fill that tooth correctly either

Today, my 6 years old had his first appointment here, it was amazing, professionals, huge patience, understanding with the children, they let my son know that he maintained control and could stop whenever he wanted, strategies to manage fear and pain, I have always felt fear of the dentist, from today I think it is time for a visit. My first and every experience so far has been delightful really.Im that girl that gets really bad anxiety,and it's always some work that has to be done,but they are patient,easy to explain what's the plan,and I haven't had a bad experience! I love my nurse and my doc they work well together and they both are really funny, I know I'm in very good hands with them.The front desk is amazing ,very friendly and makes sure your visit is comfortable!! Thank you for making this a non dreadful experience :)

They called 3 days before a confirmed appointment and cancelled on not receiving a response. 48 hrs were still left for the appointment at the time of cancellation. Very very unprofessional. On calling them and requesting to reinstate the appointment, they refused and agreed to lose the patient instead of apologizing.
The industry norm is to reconfirm appointment 24 hrs in advance but they called 3 days in advance and if no response is received, they are supposed to keep the appointment in place as that is the default action.
Do not entertain this provider! Look for someone more professional

I would like to say that Owner is amazing! However I would not suggest letting anyone else work in my mouth due to the horrible experience I’ve had with this place. I went for a tooth repair and the doctor didn’t even attempt to fix my tooth but thought it was best to do a temporary fix which last only 2 hours before my tooth chipped and fell off. If it wasn’t for the owner I would have not been helped at all. I had previously went here to have a tooth pulled and it was the worst experience ever! Always request the owner ALWAYS!

I moved from Florida almost a year ago and let me tell you the difference in Dentist.Smiles of Cary are the BEST. The best Dentist Ive ever been to. I highly recommend this location. Amazing staff and Drs. I've had problems for years with my teeth and they have made me feel like they care. Amazing amazing. Im so grateful and thankful. Thanks guys. You guys ROCK.
