My partner and I have been coming here for years and it's always a great experience-. The entire staff is attentive and a pleasure to work with. They've been able to see me on short notice for emergencies, and scheduling routine cleanings is super easy. Every hygienist has been gentle and thorough. Cannot recommend this office enough!

I would highly recommend Cary Family Dental for anyone shopping to find a perfect fit for your dental needs. I went in for a consultation and from start to finish, this visit was professional, friendly, and relaxed. Dr. Davis spent a lot of time listening to me and then explaining his recommendations. Despite going in with what I thought of as significant obstacles, after my visit I felt confident that it was going to be so easy working with this office to accomplish my dental goals.

I had an awesome experience for my first visit to Cary Family Dental! The staff was extremely friendly, and when I had a question regarding my insurance, the help I received was given in a positive and caring way. My dental hygienist, Karen, was extremely kind and treated me with care. Overall, it was a 5/5 experience! I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Cary Family Dental has provided quality care and service to our large family of 6 for the past 9 years. They care about the patient and providing quality care for your dental needs. When our 7 year old needed extensive work they referred us to a pediatric dentist. It was not about the money but making sure our young one got what they needed. As a busy working mom of 4, I am very appreciative of extended days and hours so we do not miss school and work.

I am somebody who was extremely nervous to go in because unfortunately I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while. It was incredible how comfortable everybody made me feel. From the receptionist to the dentist and hygienist it was incredible how at ease everyone in the practice made me feel. My hygienist was Fanta. She was so skilled and did incredible work to my teeth but also was able to make me feel completely calm and knowledgeable about what was happening. Now I schedule my appointments around her schedule! I wholeheartedly recommend Cary Family Dental! 10 stars if I could.

Cary Family Dental is an excellent example of what dentistry should be, the office is immaculate and the staff are amazing! I scheduled a new patient appointment with Fanta and the care I received was next level! She started the appointment by asking my goals and if I had any factors that could limit my care, and explained everything in a way that… I could understand, and I never felt rushed. She is very personable and sweet as is the rest of the staff that I had a chance to meet during my appointment today. I will definitely be returning every six months and recommending Cary Family Dental

First of all, can I just mention how adorable the whole office and theme are? I absolutely loved the environment; the facility was super clean and organized. I recently had my first visit. My hygienist, Karen Vasquez, was super friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and gave me the full-details on everything I needed to know. My dentist also did an amazing job of breaking down all the information on my dental Heath and what to expect in the future. I will definitely be recommending this facility to my friends and family.

Once I updated that the practice did not reach out to me shortly, as they said they would, I got a message and phone call within minutes. The message from the owner said that they had called me yesterday and wasn't able to leave a message. Their customer service rep, Rachel, called me and told me that they did not have the correct number to call me yesterday. She ended up bothering my emergency contact (who will be writing her review)! I'm extremely disappointed with this dental practice for a few reasons. First, they sent me many emails advertising Invisalign. As I was already looking into getting braces for my son, and because they offered a free consult, I thought I'd give them a try. A little history: my son and now ex husband had been going to the practice for years, but we moved out of state for a few years and had just recently moved back; so I had a relationship with them already. I called the day before his appointment to verify that he was a candidate and was told that he was. It is a 45 minute drive for us

I went here to get a free consultation. I explained what my issue was and was told my xray was covered by my insurance. The financial lady DIDN'T discuss the "exam" part. All they did was a cold test. On top of that after I spoke to the dentist, Dr Gaught, he told me I had bacteria decay in the tooth I was having issues with. They did my xrays, NEVER talked to me about it, and then referred me to an oral surgeon. Granted at the time I was hoping for a dental implant given the amount of pain. 5 stars is not enough! I am the Lion on the National Tour of The Wizard of Oz and cracked a tooth. From the first phone call, the kindness and understanding of my situation was overwhelmingly kind! The girls at the front desk, Kinsey, Dawn (the little mermaid) and Jenell were amazing! Then I was the In the hands of Ameenah and Dr. Woolf! They were absolutely incredible! I honestly could believe the kindness! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! This Lion was not scared in the least!

The office operates very professionally, and for the most part, the staff is very polite.
BUT, I have a VERY hard time believing that they aren't overcharging for services and procedures. My Delta Dental Insurance covers 100% for all Preventative Services (x-rays, cleaning), but somehow my yearly exam, including x-rays and a cleaning, cost me $57.00. I was given an estimate based on my insurance reimbursing at 60% for Basic Services (fillings, diagnostic casts, etc), when in reality, my insurance covers 80%.
The average person doesn't know what their insurance pays for various services

Dr. Gaught is the bestest!!! He is very friendly. All the hygienists and front desk ppl are alway friendly and helpful. They have up-to-date technology.
They always have toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss in the bathroom - which is helpful when you didn't have time to brush before you come. The hygienists have ear pieces in that when my husband in the other room wanted to remind me to ask dentist something they can tell my hygienist and she told me!! How awesome is that!!!!!
