I would give 0 stars if I could! I used this company last summer and one of the men that set up was clearly drugged out, it sounded like they were calling him bird. The other guy told me his name was michael, but I heard him being called justin, was very snippy with me and my mother. On top of the clear drug abuse and terrible customer service they picked up my bounce house about 45 min early. I was so sick of fighting with michael or justin, whatever his name is I gave up. I will definitely spend the little extra for more children friendly staff and to be treated like a human.

I rented from them about a month ago. The rental was great. The people that dropped off the equipment were friendly. The experience over all was quite nice. They called the day before to see if they could set up early, they were hours later than what they said. Which wasn’t an issue because we got it a day early! On the day of the scheduled pickup, they then decided that they would pick it up two hours earlier than what the contract stated. There was no refund, no phone call to say they would be come earlier than what I had paid for. The guys that picked up the equipment did not realize that

We were suppose to have the rental from 7am to 7pm. They messaged us the night before and said they’d be there between 7 and 9. Irritating because we paid for 12 hours but whatever. They show up quarter to 9 to set up and forgot the liner to the pool. We can’t use the slide without it so they leave to go pick it up and they don’t return until noon. When we complained about the fact that we weren’t able to use the slide for the first 5 hours of what we paid for they said they would let us keep it until 8. Even though I disagreed getting 1 hour extra when losing out on 5 my mother in law

My husband used this company for a youth event and they did such an incredible job. So, we decided to rent four 8 foot tables, 24 chairs, and an avenger themed bouncy house from them. Our four year old's party was a hit! Couldn't have done it without About the Bounce! Set up and pick up were a breeze. Thank you for such excellent service! Will use this company again in the future.
