We arrive before your party start time to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. We then pickup after your party end time. Book the exact time you want it from Start to Finish. A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins.

BEWARE and confirm via phone. I ordered a water slide on Friday morning for my nieces birthday party on Sunday. I realized it was a few days out but I did receive a confirmation. On Sunday at 10:30 in the morning something told me to give them a call to find out what time they would be at my house to set up. The guy that answered the phone said they would be there shortly. 5 minutes later I get a call that we are in the computer but they don't have us on the schedule for delivery, he told me someone should have called me. I asked if they could provide me withe another slide ( I had 15 excited kids

I ordered a water slide but was given a bounce house with a tiny section that had water. I was not informed that I wouldn’t be getting the slide that I paid for until I told the delivery person, this isn’t what I ordered. He called a manager and the manager said the slide that I ordered was dirty so they sent another in its place. He was rude and pretty much told me to take it or leave it. Buyers beware, you may or may not get what you actually ordered. I sure didn’t!

This a great company with great equipment , they have wide selection to choose from and quality is great . They had a party near by and installed the combo unit a day before at no extra charge and allowed us to have it for the entire day and picked it up the next afternoon . Ofcourse my kids loved the extra time . Truly appreciated their business and definitely will be coming back .

Had these guys out for my daughters Birthday Party and needless to say....she loved it. She talked about the inflatables for months after the event. Now every Birthday party we have BBI out to set up and always been satisfied. These guys have great prices and are super professional with setting up beforehand and takedown after the event. A+

We had a town event therefore I paid for 3 additional attendants and was only sent 2 in which they were still in high school and could not control this group of kids. Also I paid for 2 generators so that we were not responsible for filling the generators throughout the day, in which they failed to check and 4 out of 6 of the inflatables came down with kids n all. Had I known I was going to be sent kids to watch kids I would have paid my own kids. The 2 stars im giving them is for the fact that Brent himself is very responsive to his phone calls, the inflatables were in tip top condition and were

I'm rating them a 5 star because the bouncy house was clean and very well maintained. They brought sand bags to weight down the bouncy house because we were in a windy area. The service was good and they came to set up well in advance before the party started. The guys were very courteous and friendly. I would recommend them for your next party!
