This is not a company you want to work for nor work with...
Do not use this company as they were a customer of ours.
They ordered roll of containers from us on numerous occasions in the year 2020 and paid on numerous bills and left us hanging on multiple invoices. Our collections department calls their Atlanta Ga location and they continually say their NJ location is out of business.

We moved into a rental whose maintenance has unfortunately been “covered” by ResiPro for 2 years now, even after the property changed hands. It has been nothing short of a nightmare.
First off, when we moved in we were excited to have new appliances & toilets, but now I think I would have taken old and well installed over new and thrown in.
We have had issues with every single appliance, sometimes taking upwards of 4 maintenance requests to get the problem resolved.
During the pandemic we have had our plumbing and A/C go out. We went over 48 hours with no way of using water, during a time

RUN.... FAST. This company is TERRIBLE. I hope you read the many terrible reviews that unfortunately i did not read before moving into 19 Newman street (the most terrible 7 months of my life) flooding every single day, tree fallen (EMERGENCY HOTLINE DOESNT ANSWER), infested with carpenter ants, MOLD issues, i could go on and on... they DO NOT respond and do not fix anything especially not in a timely manner. Their work is terrible. Please do everything you can to stay away from these type of rentals. My life has been a living hell. I now have severe breathing issues and allergies due to sleeping

Pros: Photo requirements are simple and the software is straight forward.Very transparent company they are very straight forward.
Cons: In New York the managers are very unresponsive so most of the time your guessing what to do. which can cost money in loss. Also you are very easily replaceable and they keep reminding you about it. Once you do a small mess up they threaten to shut down your vendor. They are not looking for relationships or anything long term they just want to get there orders closed out as fast as they can. They keep looking to cut your bids because they know they have so many

This company has been getting away with the way they do business for far too long. I was renting a home that they evidently acquired and their project manager illegally locked us out, cut off our utilities that are in our name that we pay for and destroyed everything we owned inside the house. He then preceded to threaten my life and my family. These people take the law intro their own hands. Who died and made them king of anything.
