I had a great experience here with my 2019 e-tron. However, when I brought my 2018 S4 for service, I specifically asked the gentleman I dealt with "Who can I speak to make sure my car doesn't get washed this service?" and he replied "You can speak to me." I picked up my car the next day and it was washed.

My experience with sales staff has been exceptional. And my opinion of Audi Nyack increased even more when the day before Thanksgiving, I got a flat tire (I hit the curb) and was stuck at a shopping center on a very cold and windy day. I spoke with the general manager, Don, who went above and beyond to help me. He sent out a driver and technician to put on a spare; then sold me the new tire at cost and didn’t charge for labor. He turned what started out as a stressful event into a pleasant experience in how much he helped me. Very impressed.. And now that my car was drivable, I was able to see

Friendly Service Department, no problems setting up an appointment with a loaner vehicle.
They were polite, and followed up with a reminder of date scheduled also providing the name of the technician.
Clean environment, and I decided I didn't need the loaner, and would prefer to wait. It was not an issue, and the service representative kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle.
I will only use Audi Nyack in the future.
Final note: I did not purchase my vehicle @Nyack but they treated me as a valued customer.

Walked in this Dealership and was immediately greeted by Ramon (Sale Associate) with a warm, friendly and helpful approach. Ramon treated us with so much respect and kindness NOT knowing 2 young black males would be buying the most expensive car they had on the show room floor that day! We gravitated right to the SQ8 and Ramon was like let's take it for a spin! He was super informative and knowledgeable about the car. He was very cool on the test drive and super relaxed. I have been servicing my cars at Audi Nyack for over 7 years, and I have only ever had wonderful experiences. Michael from the service department is particularly attentive, and he has handled a number of outside the box service issues for me in a professional and efficient manner. I had purchased my first Audi privately, used, and sometimes its hard to build a relationship with a service department when you didn't purchase from the shop. . . This is not the case with Audi Nyack, and I can't recommend their team enough. Thanks for all of your work over the years.

Everyone I dealt with at Audi Nyack was extremely patient and helped me through every step of the process. I don’t take this lightly because I had been at three other Audi dealerships before this and had horrible experiences. I ended up with my dream car with everything included, with a good interest-rate on my loan. Even after my purchase date, I am still being contacted to make sure that everything is going smoothly with my new car. My wife and I brought my 2016 Audi A5 into the dealership in Nyack for some work. There was a broken part on the convertible that needed to be replaced. They advised us that the cost to fixed the broken part was over $1000. We explained to the service advisor that we had an extended warranty and this should be covered. The service person looked into the system and said we have no record of you having an extended warranty. We drove back home got the physical copy of the extended warranty and presented it to the same service person. Their response was oh OK let us set you up with an appointment.

About 10 minutes after calling to inquire about the car (which they had very recently received on the lot), the brand specialist (Kristian, who is the best, btw) called me back to tell me there was another person interested in the car and wasn't wasting any time to get in and snatch it. Just traded in my 2016 A3 for a 2019 A5 Sportback. I've always had great service experiences with Audi of Nyacj, yet this was the first time I was leading a car. Minus 10 Stars, I'm long overdue on writing this one. These guys bring dirty tricks to an art form.
Sold them a car and leased a new one, they tried to change every deal and promise they made. They did not get away with any of it and were not happy. Somehow I never got a survey on the new car lease??? good thing for them.
