Croton Auto park went above and beyond to help me get a replacement Grand cherokee for my wife's Grand Cherokee that was one of 3 Jeeps that we lost due to the recent flooding in the county. The salesman Jay and Mgr Vinny got me a vehicle and worked out a great deal. They were super nice, super accommodating and beyond helpful. This is my third jeep purchased from them and plan to come back.

Run around.
Took more then a full week to just get an appointment.
They did not even look at it the day of the appointment.
Second day charge me for fuel filters that from the picture attached looks as though was never changed.
Charged me for a diagnosis that is covered under warranty. Made me do all of the homework about the warranty. complained to me that she spent time making phone calls when I gave her all the information for the warranty including a claim number.
Told me the part would take a few weeks to get but truck is safe to drive not to worry just come and get the truck

I went in for an oil change on a 2019 Honda CR-V. They were nice and friendly. However, they used the wrong oil weight recommended by the car manufacturer. They claimed their computer told them what oil to use and that it would be fine. According to their website they use Penzoil motor oil, and even Penzoil recommends the proper oil weight for my engine, yet they used the incorrect one. My advise is when you visit them, make sure to tell them which oil they should use for your car.

Which I could give more than 5 stars to Paul and team as they were incredible to work with. Living in Manhattan, I spoke to multiple dealerships and they beat every one in every category. Paul was knowledgeable, transparent, answered my million questions and searched high and low for the right vehicle for me. I had an issue with tires and my alignment that they had put on for me but with some discussion I must say I was pleased to say that they were able to make good on the work they had performed when I had an issue of excessive tire wear in a short period of time. They realigned my car and replaced the two front tires on my jeep. I Just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate this place for understanding the issue, and making me the "customer" happy, I will be continuing to bring my Jeep to them.

We bought a bran new Jeep Cmpass 5 weeks ago. It came without a spare tire, which I thought was odd, but they assured us it would be there within a couple of days. They have not called once in 5 weeks, but we did, and every time we get "we are working on it". But still no tire. My husband went there in person today, explaining that we are going on a long trip tomorrow, and need that spare. Again, they said "we are working on it and will try to get one by end of day". Not only did that not happen, but we did not even get a call.

I get my service done here because it's one of few places that has yet to damage my jeep and I hope they never do! Very precise and seemingly pristine in keeping my jeep clean with mats on the interior, cozy guest waiting area w tv, phone chargers and comp coffee/tea. They don't try to push additional services on me much either. A simple 'no thanks' and I'm never questioned again which I appreciate. I'll keep coming back

This review is based solely on my experience today in the service department, although I've been a customer for going on 4 years now, never needing to have much more than an oil change.
First of all they have the absolute worst service department setup I've ever seen.
1. You drive up to the side of the building to a giant garage door, sit in front of it and honk until someone opens the door so you can drive in. Like some mafia secret code.
2. Some services you make an appt for, others you don't, like an oil change. So if you get there and there's even just 1 person in front

Just purchased a 2017 wrangler from Croton Auto Park! My salesman, Jay, was incredibly helpful and patient. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and remembered us each time we went in. Jay knows his stuff and made sure the car I was buying was what I needed and was in my best interest. For jeeps, Jay was a pro and knew the ins and outs of what I was looking for.
