This company was dispatched to replace ny flat tire. Outside of being a half an hr late (which I can understand) the driver wanted nothing to do with changing out the flat. He asked me where the tools were and I didn't know.
Now maybe some people know where this stuff is, but I don't, which is why I pay for roadside and why this company is in business.
So I decided to have it towed to my garage. This guy said he couldn't tow it to my garage but he could to it to another are garage.
The roadside package includes free towing within 15 likes so I can have it towed wherever I want.

At first I had a pleasant towing experience with this company: driver arrived quickly, he was friendly and the tow was very fast. But my car was expected at the dealership yesterday afternoon and when I called today to check on the status of my vehicle, they said it never arrived. After after searching the lot a second time, they found it somewhere away from the service center unlocked with the key still in it. The driver was supposed to bring the key to the service center upon checking in, and his failure to do so left my car vulnerable overnight and caused a few minutes of panic for me.

Came over for vehicle that over estimated how solid our lawn was (a hapless relative) and got stuck trying to leave. Arrived within 20 minutes of my call around midday. Vinny was very friendly, very competent, and dumb cousin was freed in another 20 minutes with enough left in this wallet to pay for the damage to the lawn too.

Extremely professional and helpful! Super clean trucks, cabs and decks! Drivers very clean and friendly also. James was awesome and definitely took pride in his rig and job. Can tell a lot by how clean a man keeps his rig when doing dirty work all day. Scott was very helpful with updates and helping assist triple a with getting me a ride home. 110% recommended and will deal with again.

How do you write a review for a tow? How much service do you expect when someone comes to take your vehicle away? It's not like a store or a restaurant, you're getting your vehicle towed! I guess it can be so much more. When I needed my Jeep Wrangler towed 22 miles away from my home, I called my insurance company, who called Interstate Northeast. My insurance company said they'd be there within 90 minutes, and Lawrence called within 30. He was courteous, listened to my instructions on how to find my home, and arrived within the next 30 minutes. He introduced himself, and asked about my situation

James, with AAA towing service provided an excellent experience for me this past Saturday night! My vehicle was in the Southern Adirondacks and needed to be towed 110 miles to my home due to a tire failure. James was very professional and just a nice guy to deal with. Now I have been towed by this company three times now. Fair to say the owner only has the newest equipment. I was towed one by John , Chad and also this last time was Lawrence. I have to say the first two times were good. Both were gentlemen, but there trucks were filthy. I’ll paint the picture for you. My car broke down again, waited a fair time for them to come. We requested roadside assistance and a tow for vehicle that was over 150 miles away from home. When we called the company explained, due to high volume of calls, it may take extra time to complete our request. We were happily surprised when Derrick showed up with a flatbed right on time, greeting us warmly with a smile. I had a flat tire over the weekend in Albany with a car that doesn't come with a spare. The tow truck arrived within 30 mins of call to roadside assistance.
James, the driver, made some very good suggestions to get me closer to NYC (my home location) and a dealer that was open on Sunday. He did a very good job.

Stuck with my car on the highway ramp. Insurance roadside assistance guy couldn't find my location for more than 1 hour. Was a wired place to brake down for a car. After hour and a half talk with insurance, they send confirmation, but for a completely different place. Thanks god, the man on the tow truck called to me, I explained where I am and he get where I am right away. Drove to me within 15 mins, hooked up my car and in an hour we very at my mechanics shop which was about 45 miles away. Wonderful gentleman, great service, fast and safe. Hate that my car broke down, but their company made

I asked for roadside assistance through my insurance. I got stuck in the snow from some less than stellar plowing in a small car with some old ish wheels. John showed up and right away showed he was clever in how he got me out, and inventive in dealing with any issues that came up along the way. He towed me home and even went the extra step in keeping me from feeling like a chump. He was fantastic and deserves a raise and a new truck.
