My experience has been pretty good. The supervisor is very nice and sweet and reasonable. Once you work with the clients , you will be began to get attach to them. The clients will began as well to get attach to you as well as the family members!

It is the best company I have work with in South Carolina. If a situation comes up, staff work with you for a solution. Staff are efficient in keeping conflict at a minimum. I think it is a wonderful company to work for because it is a humanitarian effort to help people who are in need. If you do the job you were hired to do, you won’t have a problem. Tender Care is not perfect yet but they are striving and advancing toward the goal.
