Marcus Sophia Winery
For nearly 20 years as a personal chef, I have had the privilege to work with the freshest ingredients produced by the many dedicated farmers in our beautiful Pacific Northwest. My love and passion for food and the wonderful art of pairing that perfect wine with cuisine brought forth my deeper dream of one day crafting my own wine.

I find myself once again relying on the fruits of our dedicated local farmers, but this time it is in the vineyards that stretch across Washington's unique and gifted terrain. I received my Professional Enology Certification from Washington State University, where I have deepened my knowledge and study of winemaking.

Wine was good, but still charge a tasting fee after buying two bottles. This is Washington, there are hundreds of wineries that won't charge you after buying one. Next...Wineries are like busses here, there is another one that comes along every five minutes.

Went there with friends and really enjoyed the wine, the setting and the owner. Would definitely recommend taking a trip there . In an out of the way location, but well worth the trip.

I absolutely love the small wineries where quality goes above quantity. We met with the two owners and their son (who happened to be helping that day) and they were super nice and knowledgeable. The wines are very well balanced big reds that do not disappoint. I definitely would recommend them

I called to speak with someone about scheduling a bachelorette party for 3 people. Yes, 3 people is not that many but due to my personal circumstances that's how many people I was able to confirm and afford. The woman on the phone couldn't stop laughing at the fact it was only 3 people. She kept saying "ONLY three that's it?! You want a bachelorette PARTY for ONLY 3?!" I just hung up on her after the third or fourth time she said it.

It was embarrassing and made me feel really bad about myself. Never going here.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed tasting the wine at Marcus Sophia and we did by several bottles! I am a red wine drinker, and I enjoyed them all. The owner was very personal and inviting. We will set up another appointment to bring our son and daughter-in-law there. Phyllis & Larry.

Found this place online and decided to try it out. It's a small winery at the owners home and it's very cute and quaint. Was shown 5 different wines which were all red but one. I'm normally not a red wine drinker but I really enjoyed them all, not dry and very smooth. It's by appointment only and even though it was short, I definitely would be back! Owners husband was very sweet and knowledgeable. I would recommend!

Great little winery! Loved talking with the owner. It's not often that you experience wine in the owner's living room. 😊 Very sweet. Oh, and the wines are awesome!!

Call for an appointment and get ready for a ride into the country, arriving at a private hideaway. The owners could not be more gracious and friendly. The wines could not be more delectable. My favorite: the cabernet sauvignon!
