This is truly a 5 star establishment. I just picked up the most powerful sports bike they sell and I was so impressed with the quality of care they took to ensure I was ready for that step. This is the second bike I have bought from them and Brandon (sales man) has become a good friend of mine. His customer service skills and positive attitude are amazing. I recently purchased a brand new Indian Scout Bobber 60. Best decision i've made in a long time! I can not recommend the all the staff at Twigg Indian Motorcycle more. I won't mention names, but i recently went to another dealer in western maryland and had some of the worse customer service i've ever had. That was definitely not the case with Maddie and the crew at Twiggs! 110% recommend them!

I have been a customer of Twigg ever since they were on Cannon Street in Hagerstown, Md. My first bike I bought from them back in 1988 was a Yamaha 1100 Virago then bought another one from them after I wrecked the first one and put over 100,000 miles on it, Then some time around 1999 ? I bought a 1996 Royal Star Tour Classic from Twiggs at there current location, I now have 109,000 miles on that bike and it still runs like new, I wish I could buy a new Indian Chief Vintage from Twigg Indian but really can't afford it at this time, it is my favorite Indian and rides very nice and fits my style,

True to what I have come to expect, the job was done quickly, they showed me what I needed to know, and they told me where my parts (that needed to be removed) were. That, plus the usual hospitality I receive when I visit makes making the 90 minute ride from Gaithersburg worth every mile. "

I bought my Indian Scout from Twigg, and have never been happier with the dealer experience. Kelby, Ben, and Keith are all very knowledgeable and willing to help. I have also had my bike serviced there for maintenance and installing extras. Everything was done professionally and all work and prices were explained to me prior to having work done. I would definitely recommend Twigg Cycles to anyone who was interested in purchasing a motorcycle or recreational vehicle
