Chambersburg, PA dealership started out as Pipers Motor Cycle Sales, which sold English motorcycles (Triumph and BSA) from 1953 to 1964. M & S Cycles, established in 1964 by Ennis Moats and Bob Smith, sold Triumph, BSA, Ducuti, and Suzuki. M & S started with a 625 square foot building selling just 15 to 20 cycles per year.
In 1976, Harley-Davidson was added to it's product offering. M & S Harley-Davidson (originally a division of M & S Cycles), a family-owned dealership operated by Darren and Bryan Moats, was established in 2001.

I was having trouble with my ECM programing to the TSSM . I had to give in and have a HD mechanic with his scanailizer program it...4 week wait at the dealerships.... my sister happens to know Brian one of the owners. She called him and next thing I know I was talking with Brian and a mechanic.
Brian scheduled me the next week to have a mechanic check it out on the 7th. Service called and informed me of a wiring issue in the steering head and that they could also fix it. I gave them the go ahead to fix the problem. Next day my bike was ready as promised.

Amazing people to deal with. Very welcoming atmosphere. Every employee from the owner and his team calls you by name. You definitely feel like family when you enter the building. They took what was a horrible experience at the Williamsport Maryland Harley Davidson and turned it into a wonderful one. Customer service in every department is 5 star treatment. They definitely go above and beyond. M & S Harley will always get our business no matter what state we live in.

I bought my dream bike from M & S in March of this year. Four months later, they are still going above and beyond my expectations to make sure I am well taken care of. The staff at M&S Harley Davidson were exceptionally helpful in my purchase of my 2015 Streetglide Special that I previously traded in for a new Ultra before I was in an accident and totaled it. They are very honorable as they were holding it for someone else and would not sell it to me unless the potential buyer made a decision on it. Their integrity is very respectful. Wow! Beautiful facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even if you don't have a Harley, after seeing the selections, you may wish you did. Great place for buying gifts for riders: the clothing selection is vast and, even if you don't know a size, they have everything from cool sunglasses/goggles to dog toys and harness to hats or helmets and jewelry. They even have free gift wrapping with Harley Davidson insignia paper!
