We woke up this morning to our AC leaking water into our downstairs room. We don't use that room so not sure how long it has been going on. I called and within an hour Shannon was out. He took care of everything quickly. Was very honest and upfront about everything.

The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed issue and made repair same day. He told me the cost upfront before he made the repairs so that there were no surprises. The manager also came out next day to check on my unit and to make sure I was happy with the service. I will call Addison Smith for all my HVAC and Plumbing needs.

If you are looking for reliable, honest, dependable, professional service, this is the place to call. They had a Service Technician at our house in a little over an hour from when we called. And it was late on a Friday afternoon. Our Service Technician, Jody Wade was an impressive representative of this company. He was VERY polite and explained everything. We have been using them for several years now and they have always given excellent service and maintenance.

Addison Smith: Extraordinary service, honest, expert installation, call no one else for heating, air or plumbing. Their office staff, technicians, everyone there is top shelf. We recently had an entire system replaced and there isn’t any company better to work with.
