First off, they offered the best price for hauling a big table saw. Secondly, they were early to pick the saw up. The saw took two people to load.
They were very friendly. They also asked if I had anything else to haul away. That's uncharacteristic of this type of business.
I highly recommend M&M junk removal. I know who I'll be calling the next time I need something hauled away.

Martin requested that I update my review or add more stars because he feels his business has been hurt as a result of my review.He admits that he could have done better and that my review was honest and truthful. I can't remove my review because I honestly feel he took
advantage of me and the circumstances. Hire him if you want but, I stand firm that this is not the company it claims to be. I still clearly remember the subpar services this owner provided. Seems another person felt the same as I do. Check out his Puyallap reviews

Martin was easy to communicate with over the phone. They came out the same day and did a great job. I had three large piles of trash spread over my property. They made sure to pick up even the small pieces. It ended up being more than I was originally quoted but that was understandable because we had no idea what he would find in the piles. While I hope I don't have a need, I would totally use them again.

I am new to the Federal Way area and I really wanted to find someone local and in my budget to remove my old furniture. Martin was professional very informative, fair with pricing. Martin was fantastic. I had a serious situation taking over a home where the previous owner had junk and personal possessions everywhere. I had called a few other places (some of which you'll see if you're looking at this review) who gave me very sketchy and unreliable quotes. Martin gave me an estimate and was near spot on.
Not only that, Martin did it all in 1 day! I was beyond impressed with his thoroughness, accuracy, and professionalism. I have already recommended M&M to a few friends but felt compelled to put it here. If you need junk removal, they are your people!

The guy was nice and very helpful. You can tell he cares about the work and customer.
Showed up on time. He charged me a bit more but that's my fault for not telling him that I had construction and granite mess. Even with the bump in price, it was still lower than any other service I have used. Job was done in no time and without complaint.
Highly recommended. Good prices, good service, on time, and transparent with how he charges.
Remember, your job prices depend on weight. If you have heavy and/or wet materials, then the price goes up. Think of it as an investment in chiropractic

I had a massive issue with junk from squatting tenants. It was a massive job. Not only did M&M communicate professionally and quickly but Martin went above and beyond anything i ever expected. I was out of town during the removal process and he was able to coordinate several other issues such as car body removal and towing. Serious stuff, and martin took it and dealt with it like a true pro. 5 stars is not as good as it gets, but Martin is!

These guys are awesome! Martin was easy to work with via the phone and they were right on time. They gave me a price up front that was better than others. They took off their shoes without me even asking. It was a difficult job of getting an old 250lb project TV down 2 flights of stars with very little room for error and did it perfectly and fast. I will be recommending these guys to my friends. Thanks guys!
