South Sound Services is an Eco-Friendly junk hauling company. We take the time to sort and separate our loads, which gives us the ability to recycle a large portion of the items. We also donate to local charities whenever possible. Many of the items are still in good shape and just need to find a new home.

I am so thankful for contracting South Sound to haul our junk. Professional and prompt reply to my request for a bid for the job. No need to have them come over to do a pre-job bid like two other companies wanted, I just took a few photo's and sent to Wayne, he gave me a price, and we scheduled a time to haul. Had to text him the night before the appointment - we just kept finding more junk! He said no worries - and that was so great! I walked him around pointed to all the stuff that needed to go and then he gave me a new reasonable bid. And away our junk went away! Highly recommend

I needed an old, lumpy, crappy couch removed quick. Did a Yelp request with three companies, got fast replies from all. South Sound Services was the best price and they were even able to come same day and work around my conference call!
Whole job took 5 minutes, but what a load off for me! They made it easy and I love that!!!!!
Will totally use again when I have other jobs. I would for sure recommend.

I had South Sound come over today to remove an old futon that has outgrown its use. Wayne and his co-worker were quick and professional. For those of you worried about Covid, they do wear masks and social distance. The price to haul away the futon was fair and reasonable, and I got an appointment quickly. Definitely recommended!!

Wayne at South Sound responded promptly to my inquiry and provided a very reasonable quote (I got three). He was patient while I coordinated a date for South Sound to come out last month and clean out an elderly friend's garage. He and his partner arrived on time and worked diligently throwing debris into their truck. Wayne gave me sound advice on disposing paint and on keeping items that could potentially be needed later by the homeowner (e.g. roof tiles). They ended up having to make two runs with the amount of stuff we had and didn't charge us over the amount they quoted. Wayne is a miracle worker-he and his crew are amazing. I got myself into a pickle by getting a chipdrop that was WAY more then I needed and despite my best efforts only a handful of neighbors came to get some. After 2 trailer hauls to the dump my husband and I were BEAT. We couldn't defeat this mountain of woodchips.
I gave up and messaged Wayne and he came out the same day and gave us a great price- the best quote we'd gotten and not only that but he was able to come by 2 days later and completely remove the mass leftover with what we couldn't finish.

Wayne and Jo were very professional and courteous. They wore masks when removing things from inside my house and we social distanced so there was no threat or worry for me.
They worked hard moving all our garbage, broken things and unwanted stuff we had been collecting over the years...and they even swept the garage floor. I feel pricing was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Wayne was great from the start. He responded to my inquiry after 10pm on a holiday (who does that???). He showed up first thing the next morning and gave me a quote.
I called around and got a couple other quotes and decided to go with South Sound Services based on the prompt response and price.
