I have been coming to Nauti-Cuts for years for my haircuts. Donna Hamelin is an absolute doll. She is a super friendly conversationalist who gives affordable professional haircuts. During the worst parts of the pandemic she was thorough with following COVID guidelines. I highly recommend Nauti-Cuts and I hear they are great to hire for weddings.

Critical: Professionalism
Brittany is the most unprofessional woman I've ever met. She lacks the ability to treat people with respect and it was a truly heartbreaking experience. She's incredibly immature and has no decorim whatsoever. The salon is lovely if you're in any chair but hers.

Brittany has been doing my hair for years and always does such an amazing job, she brings my hair back to life every time. My first time at this salon and I wasn't disappointed! Aaliyah did my hair for a party and I got lots of compliments that night!Everyone seemed really nice and I want to bring the rest of my family for haircuts now. I was looking for a new hair salon and I saw them on Groupon, decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did!

Inside is extremely clean and looks beautiful. I am super upset though, I have tried two times to get a walk in hair cut (which they say they offer). Both times I was turned away, all-the-while there was only 1 other person getting their hair cut. It seems like they only want to take women who are likely to pay more for special services.

I was in town visiting from NC and on a whim walked in to see if they could fit me in for a root touch up and cut. They were able to get me in right away with Donna Even better was that she did the riot touch up AND highlights which was exactly what I wanted but didn't think they would have enough time for that. Donna did an awesome job and was so pleasant. She know how to do color and knows how to cut thick hair. I will definitely be back when I'm in town and need a last minute hair cut. Also the price was very reasonable for the services I received.

Worst set of acrylics ever. This was my second set I've gotten, but I know how they should look.
I first called to make sure they'd do walk-ins for nails. The woman told me the nail technician has "spotty hours" and to come after a certain time. This should've been a huge red flag but I went anyway.
There was a very limited choice when it came to picking a color, so it was hard to choose because there were almost no colors to choose from. Then, the woman who ended up doing my nails was older and super slow. She seemed so unprepared, like she wasn't expecting to even
