Recently I went to this salon and had a haircut . I asked for it to be at my shoulders , the girl took it to my chin. Not only was that awful but the hair cut was choppy and uneven . I contacted the owner and provided pictures . They did give me my money back and when I asked to have it fixed by the owner herself she stopped responded to my texts . Unprofessional , terrible customer service , over priced .

I go to Emily Carlier. She is AMAZING! She is so professional and extremely talented. I leave happy with my cut and color every time. I explain to her how I want my hair and she nails it. Before I started going to her my hair was dry, damaged, and brassy. I have been trying to grow my hair out for years without success. Emily helped me pick the right home care routine and put me on a proper cut and color schedule. Now my hair is at least 5 inches longer and healthier than ever. I highly recommend Emily and SF Salon

I have been going to Emily C. for 4 years now and I recommend her and the salon to everyone! Emily really takes the time to listen to what you're looking for in a new style and only recommends products that are right for you and your hair. Rachel Turner has been doing my hair for years.
She NEVER disappoints. I make the 1.5 hour drive every few months for a touch up and when my hair is styled by Rachel after my cut/color, I can go about 2-3 days without re-styling. The compliments are endless. The salon also uses and sells amazing products and Rachel always has great recommendations and tips for my specific hair needs. Highly recommend!

Krista always does a great job with my hair! She is so pretty and very fashionable. She puts up with my...creativity and lack of hair idea direction.. every visit. She even answers all my hair questions and recommends awesome products.
The salon is beautiful and clean. The entire staff is very friendly, personable, and talented.

I love love love this salon. I drive an hour to see Rachel Turner even though there are many stylists where I live. She has been my hair stylist for around 3 years, and I have never been more satisfied with my hair. It’s nice to see the consistent training and workshops they do to stay current with new styles and trends. Their extensive knowledge has them using top of the line products that leave my hair looking and feeling beautiful and healthy.

I have been going to SF since 2013 when Rachel T. started her career there and let me tell you she is the BEST! I am super particular about my hair and have been to a handful of hair stylists in my lifetime and there’s no comparison to her skill and knowledge on any and all techniques and styles! You absolutely get what you pay for and the quality is unmatched! I cannot recommend Rachel and the girls at SF enough!

I’ve been going to SF Salon for 10 years now, and each experience has been amazing. I have been a client of Chelsea’s since I started going there. She always know how to make my visions come to life. She even did my hair for my wedding, and it was so nice working with someone so talented who truly cares about her clients. I had a short haircut by Rachel in Dec. I'm 80 years old and it was the worse haircut I have ever had. One side longer than the other one side so short I can still hardly do anything with it. I had explained when I arrived that I wanted my hair to cover my ears as I wear a hearing aid and want the hair to cover them. As my hair grows slowly it will be a while before I can wear my hearing aids again. I feel that this result is inexcusable for a high class salon.

My first time EVER in a 'high-end" salon,I was pretty reluctant to go,but they take your credit card number,so if u decide to get cold feet,your gonna pay anyways! This salon is an absolute gem! I have been a client since 2013 and for good reason, the stylists are true professionals and amazingly talented at what they do! Upon checking in, I was offered several different beverage options and greeted with a smile. Had the pleasure of coming here to get hair and makeup for my best friends wedding. Complimentary champagne, coffee, water upon arrival.
Lisa did my make up.. and let me tell you.. she did it to a tee. I asked for a golden Smokey eye.. and she delivered 100% and above. She even included some of her false eye lashes. She took her time, pampered me, and made me look like a star. Literally covered all my dark under eye circles and just made my makeup pop overall. I 100% recommend her for all make up needs.

This was my first visit but not my last. Tanley is amazing I went for a new look cut off my shoulder length hair for a new short look. They are under a little construction but the place is clean and inviting. Tanley is polite and friendly and she knows how to cut hair. I have been going to a different stylist for years but after a really bad experience with a dye job that burned my head I was looking for a change I found this salon and I am happy I did. Tanley used a shampoo that is good for sensitive skin and the dyes don't have ammonia and other harsh chemicals they are oil based.
